I’m extremely disappointed with the service or should I say the lack of service. The amount of excuses has me wondering if anyone there has any responsibilities worthy of the medical business. I cannot recommend doing business with them!

i used baxter med for some years. at first was ok. had problems with cpap and returned it for service in oct. as it was under warranty. in meantime their billing went bonkers. questioned and refused to pay bill of about 350.00. next month bill was about 653.00. paid what i thought i might owe . next month bill dropped dramatically. made 9 phone calls about this to them and rotech. right person never available, and never returned calls.i was never contacted abou repairss to cpap machine.. they still have it. got different one from other source. due to their conduct ,i changed providers.. i then paid their final bill for about 300.00. this month i got a new bill for about 248.00. the bill disregards the fact .[ckeck cleared bank0 overcharge was paid..best to simply avoid contact with this company. signed. john caststeel

Concentrator is not been working right for over a week. Called for service three times. They told me that their driver was either with patients or out of cell phone receiption. As of this date 10/07/22 my machine is out of order. Im supposed to sleep with it. They are not in my opinon taking care or their customers.

Individual we dealt with try to steer us to their equipment , which seemed inferior to what we had and really did not listen to what we were saying. We followed up six weeks later and nothing was done. They really are not customer friendly.
