I have been going to basin family care for over 18 years never had an issue absolutely loved the entire staff and Rhonda, since the take over the practice has done nothing but go down hill, they care about nothing but money not their patients… to get medication that has to be taken daily and can not be missed they refuse to fill in the timely manner. I have been waiting for over week to hear back from even a nurse to get my medication filled, was sent a confirmation for my medication and my pharmacy still has not received anything from them! The male doctors bed side manner is terrible these doctors do not care about patients that have been going there for years what so ever! It is very unfortunate to see a practice that was built and worked extremely hard for go down hill in matter of months.

there not a good doctor i took my daughter their about two weeks ago she was coughing,running nose, fever, and had a low appetite. The white girl doctor that goes in sometimes ( not to be rude i dont remember her name) told me that she was just gonna assume that my daughter had the flu bc she said they didnt have any more test strips for the flu or rsv and she just checked her ears and her throat my daughter is 5 months. My cousin went in right after me and she checked her baby for rsv and flu with a test strip after she told me that they didn’t have anymore she’s 3 months and had the same symptoms as my daughter so i took her to the hospital in midland were they proceeded to tell me my daughter had RSV this doctor DOES NOT HAVE A GOOD STAFF!!

Dr. Moody is the absolute best and an excellent family doctor! Caring, compassionate and stays up to date on the latest research. He's one in a million and you won't meet another doctor like him.

Dr. Moody and the staff were great they were patient and helpful and listened to me and very kind and compassionate he will definitely be my primary care physician for now on I’m glad I made the decision to make him my pcp.

I have been going to Rhonda for many years. I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. Not only is she my Dr. She has also become a friend. I highly recommend Basin Family Care and the personal attention you get when your there. They are all amazing!!!

Brought my 1 mo old son here to get a circumcision and I absolutely loved how nice Dr Moody was and explained the procedure and risks and even post care instructions very, very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They eased my nerves and I would definitely recommend them. 10/10

Outstanding practice! From sick visits to preventative care to HRT to weight loss Basin Family Care has me and my family covered. I trust them with all my medical needs and care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fast appointments and no staying in a waiting room for hours to be seen. This is an exemplary practice that the other providers should model after!

It’s impossible to get the care you need when you leave multiple messages and even with need an emergency return call for a home health patient. Care seems to be about the cosmetic instead of patient care.
