Medication and necessary supplies were delivered to our home by courteous, professional couriers. The packages were organized in such a way that I could quickly see what was included. Barnes staff reached out to me to assure that delivery had occurred and to answer any questions. The voice on that line was warm and reassuring. Everything that I needed to treat my husband’s infection was provided. Barnes staff called to let me know that my next delivery was planned one on track. All staff that I have been very cordial and explain everything in detail. They were not in a rush to get off the telephone.. Staff members are excellent and extremely helpful. The pharmacy, however, for home delivery of medications and infusion products needs some work. If you use the Barnes pharmacy for regular infusions, you will need to hand drive them every step of the way. They respond quickly but only after prompted that you are rapidly running out of product.
