Deborah S. and her entire Vent Team are absolutely wonderful. The obviously care greatly about their patients. My son is ventilator dependent. Every month, and in between if needed, Barnes takes care of all of my son's ventilation needs and supplies. They work very hard to go above and beyond expectations. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

They had an extremely short notice to bring my oxygen tank to the hospital in order that I could go home that day. If I hadn’t received it, it wouldn’t be until the next day for doctors ti release me. They immediately delivered all equipment needed at my home that very same afternoon. I contacted this company to get my cpap and it was a mess. Very unorganized only one gentleman could find my referral/order/script. He was very kind and so was another lady but it was all
Over the place. Then i was supposed to receive a call back never did twice!!! There was an issue w/ scheduling for my cpap due to an issue w/ insurance requirements per them and my insurance and the facility that files the claims kept saying they never received anything from barns and mind you i called them twice (the filing company and my insurance). There is no issue and Barnes is very much unhelpful in the situation. I have no longer gone with Barnes and now directly through the processing company. Sucks because the two people were very kind and helpful but when things are out of their hands its not their fault but rather who is processing in their office!

Garbage. You have to have an appt but then they dont even bother ordering what you need before your appt to have it ready. You show up hoping they have it in stock then when they dont you havr to wait even longer. Complete and total garbage company. Do not come here

Very proffesional personnel, very courteous. They were so helpful, took care of everything (insurance, doctor paperwork, etc) made sure I have the most comfortable mask (I came back for a mask exchange and Perry was such an awesome person to deal with, great asset for that company) and a very detail explaination of machine. Great facility.

Called to about trying to get service for my bed I purchased from them. They took forever assisting us with getting a new mattress last time called (get a referral from the doc and we can bill insurance this took over 4 weeks) so we purchased one from Amazon bc it was needed. This time they said they couldn’t do anything for me since I own it out right. I didn’t say I wanted insurance to cover I said I wanted my bed fixed. He then said he couldn’t assist bc the bed was an old model (2022) and hung up. Thanks anyway. Not.
