I like Everything about this office! I love my PCP, Dr. Vukich! She is caring, knowledgeable, professional and takes her time to listen to me. She acts on what she hears. All of the staff are courteous and professional. The environment is friendly, clean and organized. Thank you for all you do❣️

The staff was polite and my appointment was on time. I didn’t have to wait at all. Dr. A was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him!

This location is terrible; great if you want disability claims denied because Baptist lies and doesn’t fill out any forms.

Handed disability forms from insurance company, was told forms will be completed and faxed within 2 business days.

Problem: forms were never completed. So the office had me risk spreading COVID to come to the office and hand the forms since emails are not accepted … only to not have any forms completed? Had zero energy, shocked I didn’t cause an accident.

As a result, I had two choices: return to work, or gamble Baptist FINALLY sends in my forms for approval. Great job, Baptist, forcing a sick patient to return to work weeks earlier than my doctor wanted.

Comfortable and clean waiting room. Reception keeps my information private. Staff calls me back in a timely manner. Dr. Vukich is always great, positive and prepared. She listens to my concerns and includes me when making decisions about my care and health goals. When I don’t want to take another pill, she helps me find an alternative path. Also, thankful she is younger than me and will be able to take care of me into my senior years. Highly recommend Dr. Vukich and her staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
