Dr. Martin was great. Her and the phlebotomist were very compassionate and helpful when i explained my issues. The Baptist community has always treated me well, but they were outstanding enough for me to comment. The front desk lady and nurse were also very kind. Glad I chose BPC on Kingsley!

Unbelievable. I have been a patient for years and always regarded Daniel Palmieri as the best but the office staff here is far less to be desired. Many times over the years they have made errors but I overlooked them because Dan is the best, but now as I have moved my aging mother (also a patient) up North to another state I needed their assistance only to be told no. Just a simple letter acknowledging my mother has had strokes in the past and I am taking care of her. But they dont do that Robin said and told me I dont understand. No I guess I dont, being a patient of Dans for years. All I needed is a letter with their letterhead stating she has had strokes and I take care of her so that I can turn it over to AT&T to get some fees waived. That is all, nor did I expect them to drop everything to do it, but Robin said "No, they don't do that" I guess while you are a patient here they are nice but once you you leave and move they no longer care. How disappointing it is to get treated this way from the office staff. My opinion of this whole office has plummeted after all I have went through over the years with people I thought cared.

At 27 hours. No food. Meds only if you beg. Waited 37 hours to get poked by a guy and told to wait till tomorrow and my religion was fake. Pulling my own IV as I write this and going home where I can rest get food and medice.

I am definitely going to search for another doctor. This is my second time waiting for over 45 minute. My appointment was at 10:15 and it is now after 11:00AM and I have yet to be ge seen. This is an incredible waste of my time. No regards for their patients. If your time is worth anything, DO NOT go to them.

Very rude people scheduling appointments. When I called, the girl who answered asked for my last name and I gave it to her and then for my first name and I gave it to her. Seconds later I hear a lady in the back say “is that really her name?” And said my name, which is why I know she was talking about me. No Karen, I’m giving you a fake name. Anyways, I finished making the appointment, but I will be calling to cancel.

I called to make an appointment I inquired about a pass due from 3-5 years ago. I was told i can start over again. The worker was ready to take my information. All of a sudden she needed to call me back. Needless to say, I’m still waiting to hear from her (24 hours later).

I like how Dan Palmieri is proactive talking to me each time I see him about nutrient, and nutrition especially because I have Celiac disease only recently diagnosed. This disease has had a significant impact on my life. I am so grateful that he has helped me attain a normal TSH by prescribing accurate thyroid hormone. I am glad too that each visit he has taken steps to help me figure out sudden pain and burning numbness issues. This last visit the Horizant samples he gave me have significantly helped with this. I will follow up with a neurologist to investigate the cause as he recommended. His best attribute is finding solutions, better than some docs "wait and see" credo.

Dr.Patricia Pulwars, the front office staff, the lab staff... Each person is kind and that is important. Dr. Pulwars is a rare physician. She really listens and hears what her patient is saying. She takes time to respond, explain and take care of a problem.
