I literally have NEVER felt more comfortable with speaking to a doctor as I did today with a new doctor. I saw Dr Arn from Baptist Primary Care on Blanding and she was AMAZING. They ask you what 3 things you’d like to talk with the doctor about and you follow up on those things in the future. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a primary care doctor. I look forward to more follow ups and discussions. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative as well. They are flexible in appointment scheduling and were very kind. Couldn’t be happier with my first appointment experience.

Everyone there is friendly. You get in on time with very little waiting time. Both Dr Fazio and the PA take their time with you and are very thorough. The office is neat and clean. Staff is friendly.

I appreciated Dr.Fazio because she take her time and explain your health and test results to you. Encourage you to make those life changes in diet and exercise. She listen to how you feel or what you need from her. She make you feel Secure with her as your Dr. The staff is the always pleasant and professional, helpful answering any question you may have. 2021 til 9/2024. I had to change primary care because of Baptist and Fla Blue can't come to an agreement on contract. It's always about money. Not the consumer the patients using the services.

Friendly staff and honest, sincere, and practical medical guidance. Dr. Fazio is probably the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. It’s going to be really tough replacing her if we ever have to move. 100% recommend this practice.

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed. The nurse listed to me and made sure I felt comfortable. Dr Arn is absolutely the best! Love Dr. Arn! She’s the best one I've had. She takes her time with her patients and seems truly invested in me/my care. She’s open minded and easy to talk to. So glad I found her.
