We truly appreciate all of the staff and medical professionals at Baptist Pediatrics. They make us feel like we are in good hands and that they care about our kids’ wellbeing. We have been using them from the birth of our first child. The only thing that would make them even better is an office near world golf village!!!

My son has had very high fevers and complications in the past with the amount of vaccines being given at the same time. He is sensitive. I hoped the staff and Doctors would be understanding about my concerns with vaccines and my child's care. He was due for his yearly physical and along with it came vaccines. I addressed my concerns of vaccines and how I would like to discuss with the Dr. how we can administer them maybe separately and not in clusters to the front desk rep. via phone. She completely cut me off saying that they will not accept any children not vaccinated (which was not the case but she tuned everything else I said out). She was rude and inconsiderate. My child recently had Febrile Convulsions which was devasting. I did a follow up with Dr. Atkins. I took the time to address all my concerns including vaccines, his reactions and how staff poorly handled my concerns when attempting to make an appointment. The doctor sternly said the same as the front desk, they will not accept any child that does not continue with the vaccination plan. I felt like I was talking to robots brainwashed by Big Pharma. I had just lived and horrible experience with my child due to fevers and they want to shove vaccinations down our throats that were not mandated by the state. The aggressiveness from the Doctor on this subject and staff convinced me their main focus is only to make children get their cocktails of vaccinations and disregard completely the history of my child.

We love Dr. Murray and will travel as far and as long as we need to. He’s an amazing doctor. Caring, incredible with children. I wish I could find a doctor for myself as caring and genuine as Dr. Murray.

The lady at the front desk was very insensitive and unkind. She denied us an appointment, and I'm not sure why she has the authority to do so for my daughter. My daughter was very sick for several days, with a fever that reached 106°F. I took her to this clinic on August 21 and followed the doctor's recommendations. Unfortunately, my daughter's condition worsened, so I called the next day to make another appointment. I spoke with a nurse who gave me some recommendations, but nothing worked, and my daughter’s condition deteriorated further.
We were truly desperate and had already been to the ER twice for this situation. My wife called again on Friday, August 23, to make an appointment, but the lady at the front desk did not listen to our concerns. She insisted we follow the previous directions. As a result, we ended up taking our daughter to the emergency room again, where she was diagnosed with meningitis. We lost almost an entire day because the lady at the front desk refused to give us an appointment, leaving us desperate and waiting at home. She was hospitalized for 7 days.
Given this experience, I will never again trust this clinic with my daughter's health. Their lack of care and empathy was unacceptable.

Dr. Erica Tarbox is the sweetest, most patient, and loving pediatrician! She answers all of my worries and questions, has the kindest personality, and every time I take my baby girl in for an appointment, I know she is in great hands. I never wait long in the lobby, and so far, all of the staff at this location have been kind! 🙂

This locations front desk staff is absolutely horrible. We have two babies and they don't appreciate anyone's time. The front desk lady is beyond inconsiderate now for the 2nd instance, needs to be reviewed. Thank God the doctors are great, but please start respecting busy individuals' time.
