Baptist Medical Park has come along way. I frequently visit the lab there. The staff is always kind and pleasant, funny too. Today, I visited the lab and I Ginger at reception, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. My technician was Marcecia, she is extraordinary! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all a great sticker! I didn’t feel a thing and she drew 5 tubes ☺️.
Great place to go for labs or imaging, I would recommend it. Just remember any where you go being pleasant will mostly always get you pleasant service in return. ☺️

The best thing that ever happened was to get a referral somewhere else, I called every two weeks for 5 yes you heard correctly 5 months to try to get in the door atleast.. every single time… We will have someone reach out to you… bullshit. I never have to go to the doctor for a thing. And the one time on probably 7 years I can’t even get in the door. This place will waste your time. I would find somewhere else to go! I am patient but not 5 months patient! The referral management should be ashamed and fired! ASAP

I had an appointment today 2-20-24 and I just want to give a BIG thank you. From the time I checked in until the time my appointment ended. It was so nice and stress free. Bryan was outstanding and the tech assisting him (I didn’t get her name, she was a beautiful young lady with black hair and had a little bun in the oven. Thank you all for making my visit so pleasant, because you don’t always get to have such a pleasant experience when having procedures, with my experience I have been treated more like a number than a patient.

I give my highest recommendation to the Lab at the Baptist Medical Park - Navarre, where the professionals there give me a 5 Star experience. Today, Ashly G. helped me have a 5 Star registration experience which was smooth, quick, friendly, and highly professional, where Ashly answered all my questions, and confirmed I was getting the labs my doctor told me he was requesting. Then Janine helped me have a 5 Star phlebotomy experience, which included having my blood drawn and five veins filled in one relatively painless stick. This, when I am a very hard stick often requiring 2 to 3 sticks to get my blood drawn, where the pain comes from the needle being moved around to find the vain, or the needle goes through the vein and I am left with a sore bruised arm. I am such a hard stick that occasionally a nurse using an ultrasound was required to get a needle into a vein in my arm. While my wife is 5 Star happy having her blood drawn by other phlebotomist in the lab, I always request Janine draw my blood because she has only requires 1 stick. Janine’s professionalism also includes putting me at ease so that I always have a 5 Star experience getting my blood drawn in the Navarre Lab.

This ER is so awesome . It doesn’t matter how bad you feel , from registration to the rooms. I have had nothing , but the most positive experience.
I would never hesitate to recommend
Them. I think it would be awesome for the employees in the Doctors building
to do a rotation in the ER . Hopefully they would see how to try and enjoy their
Job.

The care I received was good. THE BILLING, on the other hand, is the problem. They promote, on the signage out front, that they are a Medical Park and they show Family Care, Walk In signage. I asked TWICE (before and during my care) that this was urgent care only and they insisted it was.

Now the rub... they billed my insurance for TWO things. An outpatient visit (to remove stitches) and a Physician fee that was MORE than my co-pay for urgent care. I protested that I never saw a Dr. and only a nurse that removed the stitches. The billing person said "a nurse is a physician". I asked her to repeat that and she insisted they are physicians. So.... you are warned (see the 1 star reviews).

My advice... steer clear if it isn't an emergency and you want to only be billed for just an urgent care visit.

Billing practices will take your money and leave you hanging with your insurance ; even if you have been told that a procedure will not be charged.
White Wilson is in Navarre. Their fees are less and they will explain what and how they charge up front.
Nothing is inferior however about the quality of service with Baptist. I was treated well and would had gone back; if not for the back lash billing. My health care provider suggested a compromise as I was misled. Baptist would not compromise. My first visit was around three hundred dollars including lab.
I hadn't met my deductible and I found out After the billing I was charged as a new patient. Well I found out that's just a common practice for Florida. To skip that cost go in as a
Wellness visit with your insurance for the first time. You can then make another appointment for whatever you need and maybe your bill won't be as high as mine.

One of the top complaints of walk ins is this I read letter. The arrival I read said its a scam.
I don't know that but I do know my insurance understood completely with my complaint

Kim one of the nurses is so rude. They wouldn't give me her last name but I'm sure if you go there you will meet her and her nasty attitude. By the way thr Dr was great. But as far as how much we pay to come here we should have great service. I wish I could of gave them zero stars. I will definitely travel 5 mins down the road next time to go the Sacred Heart hospital in Navarre.
