I had the best experience I’ve ever had at the doctor here! Every was SO nice. The nurse who came in first could tell I was nervous and felt horrible and she was so kind to me and was very gentle. The doctor that took care of me was so calm and just talked to me like I was a normal person, not just a patient she was seeing. I felt so well taken care of. I loved everything about my experience. The waiting room was clean and the receptionists were so nice. 100% recommend!

All staff were pleasant and proficient. The only downer was I waited quite a while in the back before the doctor came in and then again when the assistant brought my paperwork. I had them send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy (I didn't know Walgreens doesn't do VA) and the next pharmacy CVS said they could arrange a transfer in 1-2 days. I called the clinic and they reissued the prescription to the CVS instantaneously. CVS was very surprised how fast they responded and allowed them to fill it.

I had a sore throat, sinus infection, etc. I've been getting these every 3-4 months for years. My regular ENT prescribes me antibiotics and a steroid pack. I went in here while on vacation in Pensacola and saw My-Hanh Inman, the nurse practitioner. She had read my check in sheet before walking in and diagnosed me as she walked in the room. I tried to tell her what was going on but she didn't want to hear it. She insisted she had seen over 100 cases just like mine and it was viral and not bacterial so she said antibiotics and steroids would not work. She said anyone I was in contact with for the next few days would also get it. I'd have diarrhea and be sick for at least 2 more weeks, likely 4 more weeks. I got told all of this before she even looked at my throat, in my ears, etc. No one around me ended up getting sick, my wife and I had even drank after each other in prior days. I went to another doctor a few days later, got the antibiotics I originally requested and started feeling better the following day. A week later and I'm good to go. Never had any diarrhea. If you want to be misdiagnosed before they even see you, this is the place.

All of the staff and the doctor were very helpful even with the pharmacy. There was a problem filling my prescription and the staff helped fix the problem. I didn't wait long at all. I made an appointment on Baptist Easy Schedule, that was really the best

I've previously had good experiences here, but yesterday was the opposite. I went in with a hurt foot that I was concerned might have a fracture or pulled/torn tendon or ligament. The PA barely even touched or looked at my foot once she saw it wasn't swollen. The x-ray didn't show a break so they sent in a nurse to put an ace bandage on it - the nurse didn't know how to use the Velcro ace bandage and I had to SHOW HER and they told me to see my own Dr for a referral to Ortho. If I were able to get in with my own Dr in a timely manner, I wouldn't have been at urgent care in the first place.
Overall really disappointed after years of good experiences here.

Glad this facility is here. Baptist Easy Schedule makes it even better. Was able to make a 3:30 appt, walked in with almost standing room only & went back at 3:35PM. Michelle Barrow is the best! She is open and listens to concerns and makes immediate changes when initial meds do not work.

*DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE!* You will get negligent doctors and no help and then a bill for the pleasure. They call you saying they care about ypur experience but they do not. Long wait times, doctor barely saw me and didn't bother to actually look at my hurt ankle just ordered an xray and left again. After the xray I got told no broken bones and I'd get a boot (actually just a script for a boot). I didn't get told what the injury could be (like a sprain or otherwise), doctor didn't wrap it (hurt myself in a similar way once and the doctor then wrapped it to actually help me), and no one even asked if I was in pain which I was and am. I didn't get any recommendation for what I could do for pain at all. I guess I'm glad to have gotten an xray to know nothings broken but otherwise this visit was pointless and the staff are civil, but only the woman who wheeled me to my car was actually nice. Wish a place that would actually help was covered by my insurance. The one star is for the xray and the nice woman otherwise if I could it'd be 0 stars

***Editing to add I got a call from a pt doctor and since the doctor I saw was negligent I had no idea I might need pt so I was very confused when i received that call since no one told me to expect that. After that call I received one from the urgent care informing me about the pt doctor (to cover themselves I assume) and saying they wanted to hear more about my experience (I called back but left a vm and after a week it seems like they don't care to know my experience now) and they said the doctor made an "error". He would have to have actually done something to make an error, but he didn't because he was negligent. I only saw the xray of my ankle but not my foot which I think they might have taken and if not they should have because my foots been bad too but the doctor wouldn't know that since he didn't bother to actually do his job and look at anything. He left the wrap I had one and just poked my ankle, didn't look at thr ankle or my foot or my other knee or elbow all of which were hurt. Had he not been negligent and actually spent more than a minute in the room maybe I would have actually gotten proper care. I wish I could have my copay and my time back. Terrible place.

the staff was really nice when I went and the wait time was low but there were some issues with referrals. I was referred to a foot doctor & the place they referred called me and said they didn’t accept my insurance, so I let urgent care know so then they referred me to Brooks. Brooks never contacted me or answered my calls (which seems normal from their reviews) so I contacted urgent care again & was referred to the first place again that didn’t take my insurance. I ended up just finding my own place to go
