Back in ER with my mom, who has Afib. Everybody has been super nice. Still waiting for a room, but she already has seen triage nurse, had an EKG and X-rays done and has had blood drawn. It's busy right now, at 10 am on a Tuesday, and they are moving patients through as quickly as possible.

Avoid this place. I showed up promptly at 1:00 for my new appointment and waited only to be told the doctor would not see me. They wanted people to show up 20 minutes early for their first appointment. This was not told to me or my wife during the initial setup. No follow up email, text, or phone call was sent explaining this policy. I have seen similar policies at Doctor's offices before but typically this process is explained or the appointment you are given is at a time earlier than your actual appointment. I guess I will be staying with my Montgomery doctor. I wanted someone closer to home, but I never expected to receive better treatment in Montgomery than Prattville. Please avoid this place if you have other options.

They charged me thousands for test they never did. I have notified my insurance companies. To me this is fraud. The diagnosis had nothing to do with my symptoms. I saw the doctor for 2 minutes for her to tell me I was discarged. When I got home the paperwork said to see my doctor within 2 days. I had told her that my doctor was out of state. Also I wasn't to drive. Very very unhappy!!!!!! Will never use them agai
