I love coming here for imaging especially mammograms. It’s so much better than going to a hospital. You just pull up in the parking lot and park because it’s a small center. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes before I’m called back. The mammogram technician is very nice and gentle. Their machine is the most comfortable one that I’ve had a mammogram on. I don’t ever look at the clock, but it feels like I’m in and out in 30 minutes,no fee for parking.

I recently had a MRI done here and they are wonderful!!! I was worked in the same day and left my doctors appointment and went straight there. My doctor had the results in less than 24 hours of my MRI. From the lady that registered me to the technologist that did the MRI, everything was great. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Baptist Imaging Center to anyone!!!!

I had an MRI done last week,they said they would send the imaging and referral to the neurosurgeon . I called this morning they had not received it,come to find out it was never sent ,they lied to me and make me believe they sent it when they didn’t . I will never use them again after lying to me,that is cruel and incompetence.

I was charged $6000 for CT Scan. Cigna negotiated down to $4500 and I am being charged $1900. I called today to see what the "cash price" was for the SAME EXACT PROCEDURE and it was a mere $304. Baptist refuses to negotiate with me and even tried to tell me I was being charged for a full body scan instead of pelvis and abdomen. It is insane that I am being charged so much more for a procedure because I have insurance and being treated like a criminal during negotiations. The doctor never warned me of the cost and even stated he was just going to get an x-ray "just to be on the safe side". Imaging centers nearby charge $280 maximum. I WILL NEVER USE BAPTIST FOR ANYTHING!!! BE WARNED!!
