Urgent Care checked me in.The wait time wasn’t long considering room had 5 or 6 patients waiting. The doctor got to me promptly, tests were done and she diagnosed what was wrong. She was very nice and spent time with me. We went over the best meds to take and they called it into the pharmacy.
I was very pleased with their care.

Excellent medical attention from the nurse, the X-ray technicians and the doctor who treated me at the urgent care. The doctor took her time to evaluate me, explain the tests she was going to do and the results. She gave me the treatment to follow and told me if there is no progress in 48 hours please come back. Hello, I had an appointment on 03/12/25 at 10:30 am for a complete abdominal ultrasound. They kept me waiting too long and I saw that they admitted a patient during my time. That is not done because I had not had breakfast. Another negative thing is that I called to get that appointment and the representative told me that my referral number for the diagnosis did not have the letter, something strange and negative because it had it or I don't know if I am wrong. I had to call my primary doctor and ask for another one and when the technician saw me, she told me that the second referral was not correct either and that it did not tell her anything. She treated me well, she is very kind. I do not complain about that but they should improve their customer service to avoid making mistakes....
At the time I asked one of the young women to do me the favor of printing the 2 referrals. She didn't give them to me and I didn't insist on asking for them because I was upset.

I had a fantastic experience! The wait time was less than 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The doctors were excellent—very thorough and provided all the information I needed. The nurses were all amazing too, so kind and attentive. Plus, they sent my medication to the pharmacy while I was still in consultation, so everything was ready right away. Highly recommend!

Thank you for all you did for me, from registering up to the end of my visit was just "EXCELLENCE". The Doctor that attended me, the RN, the x-ray technician were great. Keep up the good work. I started started to feel sick Friday and it quickly progressed Saturday, so Saturday evening around 5pm I decided to go to Urgent Care. I was weary about it but honestly this Urgent Care was/is amazing! It is clean, they are FAST, everyone there is friendly, respectful, and very caring. They put the patient first, which was really nice to experience. The doctors and nurses talk you through options and make sure you're comfortable with medications, etc. The doctor that saw me me was Dr. Jorge Rodriguez, MD. He was also able to refill my asthma medication, which I'm super grateful for because I have not been able to get ahold of my primary care Dr. and it's been 2 weeks.

I highly recommend coming to this urgent care!

I arrived mid day with my husband and we both needed to be seen as as we were both suffering from a bad cold. My husband was called and then after 28 minutes of him being called I asked if they had forgotten me because there were about 4 patients that went in before me that arrived after me. They then swiftly brought me in to only have to hear two nurses going back and forth about taking lunch meanwhile a I’m feeling miserable with body aches and an awful cough. I find that was not too preprofessional as I should not have to be sitting there hearing who’s going o go eat or not. I was done an hour after my husband and we both arrived and registered at the same time. Some one dropped the ball
