Just came in for a heel injury that I have been trying to ignore for better or worse, and everyone was so kind, personable, and considerate. They were also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour and had a better understanding of how to deal with my foot! Along with some anti-inflammatory medicine and guidance for next steps. 10/10, would recommend.

I had the absolute best experience at this walk-in. I have never felt so comfortable before. From walking in and being greeted o kindly by the front desk receptionist, to having my vitals taken and giggling with the nurse, to being seen and understood by the doctor. Everyone I encountered at my visit made me feel safe, supported, and comfortable. I would recommend this place every time!

Highly recommend this urgent care facility. The staff members are all genuinely lovely and caring. They are all so patient and listen carefully to you as their patient.
I was looked after respectfully and didn’t feel at all rushed . Being heard is very important when you feel sick. Thank you to the staff members I met today ! Top notch service .

The clinic was prompt in getting us seen and the care by the provider, Shelby, was exceptional. She listened to my son’s complaint and explained things in a way he understood. She was thorough and so very helpful. The staff was top notch as well; from the check in process to the end of our visit. Gracie did an excellent job and so very kind. Thank you all for being there when we needed you!

My doctor was caring and she gave us confidence that she knew just what I needed to get well. One day after being very ill, I feel so much better. The whole staff was warm, friendly, and professional. And this facility was cheery and clean. Thank you!

Do not use unless you pay cash only! I went in October and after receiving a bill for $600 I was confused! I walked in and asked how much services cost. I see the sheet with prices.
$120 for office visit
$50 for covid
$23 for strep test.
So how am I getting a bill for $600!! With insurance. Do not go! Staff is friendly but someone is scamming the billing system

I did see the response and have personally came up there for an explanation, called the billing and again the numbers don't add up. The same response is "It didn't process with the insurance..." so if didn't process because the information was put in incorrectly how am I getting a bill for 600!! The services rendered were total price of 193!

Jennifer up front was fantastic! So quick and simple! The MA was so understanding was kind! Angela the NP was very attentive and showed that she truly cares! I would 100% recommend Baptist health urgent care! Everyone was great and I will be returning if it is needed!
