I love this hospital. I know a few hospital who could learn a few things from them. But, Baptist/ Wolfson is an Amazing place the staff are wonderful and professional and I love the atmosphere there. They treat you like you are SOMEONE

All the people that work there are polite and warm and welcoming. Every time I've had to have blood drawn they get it on the first stick, if the wrong paperwork is brought in they go out of their way to call the doctor's office and get the correct order faxed over to them. The facilities are clean and neat and organized every time I'm there.

The lab at Baptist/Wolfsons downtown is absolutely wonderful. It is hands down the cleanest lab I have ever stepped foot in. The staff is so patient, kind and knowledgeable. My 6 year old was in and out in minutes with minimal tears as the nurse/tech was so gentle and experienced. There was a ZERO minute wait time on a Friday afternoon. Downtown is a bit out of our way but I will absolutely make the drive anytime my children need lab services!

Wolfsons at Baptist is great. They are always very kind and peasant to work with. Their staff is just amazing. The lab is super clean, the staff well trained and gentle, the wait times are not bad. This last visit my son was given a reindeer stuffy and he loved it. He snuggles with it all the time now.

Was quick and only took a few minutes to check in and be seen. Everyone was friendly and professional and helped put my needle anxiety at ease. The procedure itself was done with such skill I almost didn’t feel the needle at all and had no bruising after. I also was able to see my results the same day in my Baptist Health Portal. I highly recommend!

If you need your blood drawn, it is so easy to go to Baptist. There is little to no wait time, you do not need an appointment. You do have to pay $15 but it is so worth NOT having to deal with Quest. You actually check in with a human and they are friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome. The process was also very fast. Only drawback is that Baptist is out-of-network for blood draws, and I have to pay a $15 co-pay.

great service, from front desk till lab, look like you are in 5 star hotel receiving medical atention with my child and by way my child did not like hospital or needles but she experience something diferent this time and guess what she ask me when is next visits, lol, thank again for the service and for been patience with my child.
