I went to see nurse practitioner Kelli 2 weeks ago ask for a mammogram referral and I was told someone will contact me . Fast forward to today I called ( message ) and I was told to find somewhere that accepts my insurance . Coming from Las Vegas to Alabama this is very bad communication most facilities will give you a referral ( paperwork ) to take to a imaging facility that does mammograms. Very unprofessional to have me wait two weeks for nothing . So last night I inbox Kelli and ask for a referral to get testing for mold . I was told today someone will contact me ,Oh no ! Not again ! I rather part ways and find another practice that's more professional. I definitely don't recommend and want be back ! They could have easily sent me a referral to Quest Diagnostics for testing just that simple . If you're considering going there I highly recommend that you go to a well known establish Dr. This place is a joke ! Definitely don't have the patients best interest at heart ❤️.

This is an AMAZING place to go! The staff is always friendly and ready to help! I really love my sweet primary physician Kelli Kirby! Kelli is an AMAING person and an even better doctor! She’s very attentive and will do any and everything to make you comfortable and also get the care you need! 10/10!

Since Dr. Morgan left, this facility has steadily went downhill. And after today's experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! You can't get an appointment, unless it's a week out minimum, and if you get one the only "doctor" you'll be seeing is a Nurse practitioner. Their nurses refused me, even after taking my copay and NOT refunding me, because I refused to wear a face mask. Like I'm required to wear one, showing NO symptoms, and they aren't wearing a mask themselves.
Guess I should've looked at the 3 star review before going back.

Kelly Kirby lashed out at me and was very unprofessional when I visited the office. She didn't greet me when she came in the exam room. I had to ask her how she was doing. She had the worst attitude ever!! I have never seen her act this way towards me. I arrived at 8am sharp not a minute late and I wasn't seen until 9am. That when I had to bring to their attention that other patients are being seen before me. I was then informed there was a system glitch. The communication was awful. I wasn't instructed on the next steps once I was finish with visiting the lab.Kelly was arguing with me which was very rude of her as I explained to her I spoke highly of her. She stated I am causing her to see her patients late. She had no remorse at all.she then stated that I can sit and wait for her which would be a while. Why would I stay a minute longer a her office after the way she spoke to me.

We have seen Dr. Willliam Morris for years for one reason: he listens. We love the new office and the improvements we are seeing. The staff are helpful and gracious. But we drive across Birmingham to be seen by him. Thank you, Dr. Morris, for being an old-school family doctor with an interactive, genuine bedside manner!

Was a new patient there and seeing a nurse practitioner whom was very rude and didn't know how to talk to people instead re wording how she says things she come off rude so I no longer continued service especially that I'm paying for i will be respected by all means.....
