Absolutely terrible! I was in Heber Springs on vacation and was having back spasms. Went to ER and physician told me I was over weight and out of shape. He prescribed a few hydros and sent me away. Not an X-ray or anything. Well come to find out I have a herniated disc and a ruptured disc. So I paid a $300 copay for a 10 minute exam and a crewing out for being over weight.

Went to ER via ambulance due to a fall Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. I have a displaced shoulder fracture. On my discharge paperwork the doctor stated that I told him I use alcohol everyday, which I absolutely do not. I don’t even have any at my house. To any other doctors it looks as if I’m a drunk who fell and I’m sure I’ll be treated as if I am. This is just a lie. The doctor also said he checked my eyes and pupils were equal and reacted to light. The man NEVER looked in my eyes with a flashlight. Matter of fact I told them I didn’t hit my head or lose consciousness. However there were no neuro checks done. This is false documentation on my medical record and something will need to be done to correct the lies the ER doctor put on my medical record. I’ve been a nurse for 41 years and I’ve never experienced a physician outright lying. Something MUST be done to correct my medical record! Waiting for a call from administration!

I recently had bariatric surgery to help with some serious health issues at the big Baptist hospital in Little Rock ( outstanding care by the way). The team there gives all their bariatric patients a years membership to any Baptist gym facility in their hospitals. Wondering if my local Baptist medical center could honor the membership I called to ask. The nice lady that answered the phone didn't know, so she asked the administration in the hospital at Little Rock ( which is where all the phone calls are answered at) who recommended leaving a message at the cardiac rehabilitation center. That they would be the ones that had the facilities similar to the gym. The lady that called me back was horribly rude. She kept saying bariatric surgery like it was a cosmetic thing and I was less than for getting it. She said that her facility was for cardiac rehabilitation. I couldn't explain or even hardly ask about anything due to her talking over me or interrupting me. I would think that anyone who is sick and going through rehabilitation would be much better served away from someone who considers certain people to be less than others.

I spent several hours in the ER last nite to find i had a kidney stone, i have heard terrible things about the Heber Hospital...considering how busy they were on a Tuesday nite and a heck of a storm going on at the same time, i have to say Dr. Bohra and all the staff from the check in desk, the man who took me for a CT scan, and nurses were wonderful....I have no complaints what so ever..kudos to all of them...and thank you so much.......

my gf went in for low blood pressure. they knew it was low. they have kept her for 4 hours plus some, and didn’t do anything for her blood pressure. they just ran a ct and ran her in a circle for hours on end

My husband has had several surgeries at this hospital and we have had the best experience and care every time. From the ladies in admissions to the nurses and staff we were given the best care and treated like family. This hospital is very clean and organized. They always call after discharge to check on us and see if we need anything or have any questions. We cant thank them enough for their care and recommend them to all our friends

I felt once my mom was placed in a room she was treated wonderfully. The doctor and nurses were fantastic, although I felt they were understaffed (thus the 4 not 5 ⭐️). I was kept informed and the staff was very attentive. I traveled from out of state to be with her and was treated with grace & hospitality. Best hospital experience I’ve had in years.
