This morning at Baptist I had to do a mammogram and an ultrasound. It was fast. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes in the waiting room. The staff were amazing. I got treated really good Thank you very much for the amazing treatment I had today

I arrived at my appointment dripping wet from a storm. Everyone went above and beyond to help me get dry, they brought me warm blankets, socks and a plastic bag for my soaked shoes. My diagnostic tests went off without a hitch and I was able to “dry” off by the time I was done. Terrific staff!

While the scheduling process was difficult the experience at this facility was great. Staff was extremely friendly knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to take place before they did anything and then while they were doing it. Everyone was very nice and professional. Olivier explained everything and took great care of me. This was my first MRI and everything went very well. As they had air flowing in the tube, I was very comfortable and didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. Luis also was very helpful and caring.

My experience was very pleasant. Very good medical and personal attention. The procedure was very fast and on time. Dr. Miguel Rodriguez was very professional. The anesthesiologist Gabriel Rosario, many thanks for everything. A very special thanks to the nurse Nayai Alfonso for her good performance, her good treatment, for giving me confidence that everything would go well and for accompanying me throughout the process. I had major surgery at homestead hospital and this has been my ninth surgery and I have never been treated so terribly in my entire life. They were more concerned with getting me out of their facility than making sure my pain was under control. The doctors did not care about my pain at all. They left me in pain for multiple hours at a time not understanding that my pain tolerance is higher than regular people since this is my ninth surgery. They did not listen to me at all and instead, made me feel like all I wanted was more pain medication and that wasn't the case. I had major surgery with two massive incisions and major hardware to fix my ankle which I completely destroyed this wasn't a small surgery so yes I am in a lot of pain. All they have wanted is to get me out of their hospital without controling my pain and without listening to any of my concerns. Please if you need medical attention do not come to this hospital they do not care about their patients at all take it from me. I have had 9 surgeries and this was my first time having two of them with this hospital and the experience was horrible in every possible way. They do not care about their patients instead they make you feel like a drug addict and its degrading in every possible way. Prior to this injury I haven't hadn't taken a single pain medication not all people that need pain medication are addicted to them. I have never felt so helpless and vulnerable in a place I should feel safe and protected a hospital. This place is torture.
