I visited this hospital for my first visit. The doctors who treated me were wonderful and very understanding of my symptoms. However, when the nurse (male) who took charge of me called my name and realized it was me, he instantly looked at me suspiciously. I've had a few experiences like this, but he didn't like my race, and he didn't want to be in charge of me. But the facility is very clean.

The resident Dr Mitchell refused to address my immediate issues. I have some severe pain that keeps me from working. And he refused to refer me to anybody to look into it. He would only refer me for annual exams. He refuses to help me at all. I think he should not be a doctor. Doctors should try to help people. I am going to lose my job and every thing I own because no good doctors take Medicaid and he didn't care. I told him I was going to lose everything and he just said well I'll see you in 3 months. I intend on reporting him to the medical board for malpractice and unethical behavior.

Went there for severe stomach pains and they said they would schedule an X-ray and ultrasound and still to this day haven’t also got a pulmonary function test done march 7th and they still haven’t looked at the results in order for me to get wisdom teeth out

I wasn't surprised that I received a great experience from Baptist Health, which is their reputation. The resident doctor, Dr. A. Jones was super kind, down-to-earth, and thorough medically. He brought in this awesome doctor who demonstrated how I should do my exercise.

One of the worst clinical experiences I've ever had.

They do not respond to messages via mychart. They do not return calls or messages - no matter the urgency of the reason for reaching out.

There's a deep asymmetry of information where desk staff, nursing, and doctors do not pass messages from one another often leading to frustrations with the patient - doctor relationship.

If you seek attentive medical care I cannot recommend this clinic.

Does not care about the patient. They don’t explain that the residents rotate clinic/hospital days. And even though they are supposed to check their clinic messages on hospital days they don’t. Had a chest X-ray yesterday. Not a single medical professional there can give me the results. Told me to call if I started having a fever or feeling nauseous. Both happened last night. Blood pressure still high. But still nothing. But I can call in the morning to schedule another appointment so they can charge me and my insurance more money to do nothing.

Been trying to get a prescription refill for over a week with no response. My pharmacy has also sent in multiple request. It is a recurring issue! This is a basic patient request so I hate to see how other things are handled. Do NOT recommend.

All the five star ratings are lies! This clinic of physicians is in exception to Doctors Knight and Cleveland (who does not see patients) are patient unsatisfactory! Baptist ER is worse this is how bad bedside manners, customer service & patient care is! No high risk patient should have to sit in the ER with fever, chest pain and high blood pressure being told it is based on the severity of illness for over 2 hours. I'm sick of Baptist Residency physicians telling me to drink plenty of fluids and rest with a chest infection diagnosed by second opinion. The medical industry has turned into a slot machine.
