Since Fred spears gas been gone and they have halibut and snyder.. everything had changed. Worst Dr ever. Sends to some other place instead of taking g care if you and snyder.. my wife has epilepsy along with many other severe medical issues and they have tried NOT calling in her meds.. he is awful.. her levels are low and he didn't even tell her from her blood results or tried to set new appt for increase inmen's. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE.

Dr. Stokes is wonderful. I've chosen her as my PCP and feel very comfortable with her. She spent around 45 min with me which is something I'm not used to when going to the doctor! I'd definitely recommend scheduling an appointment.

So far so good. No problems, pleasant team across the board, from reception & phlebotomist, to nurses & docs. My PCP there for ~2+ yrs.

This clinic used to be great but as of late has been a complete MESS. My doctor has been out ill, and apparently, her nurse, and other office personnel don’t know how to function with a doctor out...which is scary. It took two weeks to get a refill sent to the pharmacy and one they have been running in circles to refill for FOUR WEEKS! A literal entire month. Luckily, it’s not a life threatening medication. Otherwise they’d be looking at some serious medical malpractice issues. I’m hoping other patients are not dealing with the same chaos.

I would understand if this was a small private practice, but what good is a “family clinic” if it falls apart in the absence of one doctor.

Dr. Stokes is great, but she is losing a patient because her support team is unorganized, slow, lacks the requisite empathy to be in medicine, and her nurse always seems to be having a bad day.

Not recommended: Front desk clerk very distasteful (unless your caucasian)! In addition, Dr. Stokes is leaving, and the LPN determines your care, not with my money!

It took two months for Doctor Stokes nurse to inform me that she made a decision not to accept me as a patient due to my medical work overload. I had to make that call to them. Not professional at all...

I visited with Fred Spears on today. He is extremely pleasant and efficient!
