I moved my medical needs from Benton to Bryant and have been very pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful, my doctor, Dr Lea is one of the best PCP's that I have had in my 70 years of age. He listen's, asks questions, and never is in a rush to the next patient. His nurse, Ashley, is extremely helpful and I am very happy to have made, maybe my last doctor.

This clinic is the best medical care I've ever received. I've been a patient of Shelley's for at least 5 years. Shelley Payne, APRN is the best medical provider I've ever had. I can't recommend her enough. I've sent as many patients to her that I can. She listens. She's funny and makes you feel comfortable. She's caring and she's smarter than any doctor I've ever gone to. The clinic staff are very nice and professional which includes the front desk, nurses, and the lab workers. Shelley can quickly analyze and treat issues. She's extremely knowledgeable and always gives high quality medical care. The use of MyChart makes it easy to get test results and reach out to the staff if I need anything...and they've always been responsive to me and helpful. I've never had a single bad experience with this clinic in the whole 5 years. Thank you to Shelley and the staff for being amazing providers!!

Dr. Peckat here at Baptist Health in Bryant is so attentive. I am so glad that I have primary care physician that wants to take the time to listen and solve the problem instead of get me in and out to see the next patient. He’s also very very knowledgeable about how the body works and how different things interact with the body. I’ve just I’ve been very impressed with him.

Recently, my family and I stopped by Baptist Health Family Clinic to schedule "new patient appointments" and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the front office. I was a little bit nervous for my appointment today, after reading Google reviews and having not great experiences with other doctors offices.. but I needed to establish care with a doctor.
When I got there I was greeted and checked in, pretty painless process. I was called back promptly, before I was even done with paperwork!
The nurse that took me was so friendly and personable, made me feel comfortable right away, I should've gotten her name!
Dr. Matt Peckat- 1st visit and I already highly recommend! I had a few concerns after not being seen by a doctor in a few years.
He was thorough, understanding, and even took the time to explain in graphs, calculated charts, etc to help provide peace of mind about my concerns.
I did not feel rushed at all and that is my main complaint about going to the doctor most of the time..I sometimes don't feel heard and just feel rushed out.
Lastly, I can't forget the gentleman that took my labwork- I've literally never had a PAINLESS blood draw, in my 37 years.. I don't know how you did it, but kudos to you good sir!

Thank you Dr. Peckat and to all of your kind team, it's a relief to have a good Doctor and Care Team!

I have been seeing Dr Mayfield for several years now. I had the privilege of seeing Missy APRN who was his RN for years it was just like seeing Dr Mayfield. Thank you for taking such good care of me! Also I came back the following week for lab work. It was extremely hectic and everyone from Amy up front, the lab, and nurses made everything run smoothly. I appreciate that so much you all are a blessing to me.

I never leave reviews but I’m going to today. I’ve been going to Dr. Peckett for a little while. I’ve never had any issues that made me want to quit seeing him but I did today. It’s Friday and I was 14 minutes late to my appointment. A patient of mine was late being picked up where I work and I had to stay with him to take his wheelchair back inside and because I couldn't leave him alone with the nurse. Dr. Peckett didn’t care about that at all and turned me away. I’m a single mom of a two year old and one year old with fragile mental health, struggling with finances, and have very few windows I can go to the doctor. I had a panic attack in my car and lost my ring my mom gave me trying to figure out what I’m going to do for care before the weekend. I called HomeTown Health and got scheduled as a new patient. And they don’t have a 15 minute window. It’s obvious what kind of patients Dr. Peckett is willing to see aka more privileged people. You’re better off scheduling with someone else to save you stress down the road.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Don’t go to these people for anything because they don’t care about your situation. These rude neglectful people will let you down…especially Dr. William Peckat. I was 14 min late and called because I was trying to find the clinic, had only been there once before and my gps wasn’t working. I needed to have 11 staples removed and the receptionist cancelled my appointment saying Dr peckat was particular. I went to urgent care in Bryant, they were great and only took 10 min.
