I have been to this location many times for my diagnostic needs. I must say this visit was very concerning. First it was the employee who saw me sitting in the waiting room and the first thing she asked me was "are you waiting for something?", I sat there trying to figure out what other reason I would be sitting there in a gown. A simple good afternoon, are your needs being met? Have you been waiting long? Etc would have gone a long way in displaying service excellence. What took the cake for me as a person of color in this current climate is sitting in the waiting area when a young lady (not sure if she was an employee or student, wearing royal blue scrubs with white long sleeve undershirt) came into the waiting area passed by me, I guess I was invisible, she went to one of the rooms got some gowns and proceeded to walk by me, again invisible. I could not contain myself any more. I respectfully asked if "this is the new Baptist Way" she paused to process my question. I went on to explain what I ment I asked her if this was the new normal of customer service delivery for the company of walking into a room and not greeting a patient. She proceeded to apologize and explained the right thing to do. Sorry for the 3 stars because Jesse the ultrasound tech and the young lady who processed my mammogram were exceptional in their delivery of service excellence.

Loved the service provided. This site was easy to get to and not too packed. The staff was great. Cindy and Huguette were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. The US Tech, Mirna, was extremely professional and put me at ease about the exam. I will definitely be going back to this location for any future diagnostic exams that I may need and are offered here. Would definitely recommend this location.

Everyone was very pleasant at the front desk; check in and online preregistration was smooth and easy. Technician was very caring and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Place was clean and bright.

Everything was on point from arriving to the facility to the end. Very nice experience. Technician introduce herself prior the exam, explained in detail the processes. Waiting areas were very clean, dressing rooms had enough privacy.
Overall I felt very comfortable at all times.

Always a great experience! I’ve never been to a Baptist facility where I can say I have had a bad experience. I’ve been very fortunate to always come across amazing professionals who make you feel at ease and comfortable no what matter procedure you are doing. Today was definitely one of the great experiences, thank you to the staff from Baptist Diagnostic Center on Bird and 87th for making me feel calm and relaxed during my procedure.

Got there 2 hrs prior to my appt, so I was happy that I was taken earlier. Staff at front desk very friendly and efficient.
The two technicians were very professional and nice.
My experience was excellent, no complaints whatsoever.
