Lindsay McKim is a very thorough provider and thoughtful when it comes to her patients. Although she may only have 15 mins with you she does an outstanding job of making sure everything is discussed during that time. She explains side effects of medication interacting with other meds. I am very grateful for her as she doesn’t make me feel judged I feel like she genuinely cares about my wellbeing. She always reassures me that these things take time to heal and I’m so blessed to have her as my prescriber

Dr. Leslie Barstow was wonderful, she made me feel heard and also encouraged me throughout the appointment. I left the appointment feeling like a had a partner in support of my mental health, and that makes all the difference.

As a parent, I appreciate how Leslie Barstow talks with the parent as much as the patient. Since my daughter is older she also speaks with her about handling her ADHD with so much medication as she gets older. I appreciate that.

This morning I had an appointment with Dc. Barstow. Nobody communicated that it was going to be a virtual session. It was written nowhere, not on the check-in, not on the reminder email, nor did the customer service at reception effectively communicated it. Upon arrival, I checked in at the suggested time and I was surprised by a phone call regarding the appointment. Although it was a miscommunication on their part, I was willing to do the session online with the doctor, but because of all the confusion i was “late” to my appointment by 4 MINUTES. I had to miss an entire day of work a drive a total of two hours for poor customer service and left without attending my scheduled appointment. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed by this.

Mental health is a serious thing and must be monitored by qualified professionals and Leslie Barstow is that person!
It was really a pleasure meet with Leslie in person, we had some virtual meetings in alls she was involved in my clinic and led me in a successful way, Leslie is a very qualified professional, under total control of her practice, with scientifically based information and explained in a way clear and understandable, works in a humanized and holistic way, respecting her patients with the greatest empathy and care!
