I went in on a Saturday morning to have someone check out my cut fingers and update my tetanus shot. The front desk clerk was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. The music in the waiting room was great! 60s and 70’s rock. Soothing to my tired body. Staff quick to see me and there were others they saw before me but not a long wait at all. The tetanus shot I was long overdue on was truly the shortest needle and while I did feel it the usual reaction of swollen arm and soreness just did not happen. I was very pleased with my experience and recommend this location and the staff.

A couple months ago I brought my daughter here because over the phone they said $40 for a physical. A month later I got a bill for an additional $196. I called and made a dispute with Banner Corporate. Meanwhile I call again to verify the sports physical cost. I was on hold for over 7 minutes to call in and verify that they SAY their sports physicals for school are $40. #1 I have the front desk on recording saying they are $40, not $40 if you have insurance, or any other qualifying remark. I asked another rudimentary question of "do you accept walk ins?" and her response was "Well yeah, we ARE an urgent care." SUPER Rude... Love Dr Genck and I've known him my whole life but this billing issue and the rudeness from the front desk (which is also recorded) leaves much to be desired in patient care. Massive fail.

The staff here are exceptional we had a minor injury that needed glued shut on our 3yr old they took us in treated her in such a thoughtful and caring way that I didn’t even know existed in medical care anymore, we were in and out in such a short time I was so surprised. Thank you folks for what you do and doing it with such care and professionalism! Would give 5 stars but these great folks need nicer equipment, management please set them up better your excellent staff deserves it.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness from every employee that interacted with me. They got me back and checked in right away. They patiently listened to me. They asked clarification questions, that I would have forgot to mention for sure, as I was in a lot of pain. The doctor and all staff were just so very kind and knowledgeable. I am feeling so much better now! Y'all are wonderful people. Thank you so much for helping me that day.

I had to go to this urgent care center per directions from my employers insurance carrier.
I did and they didn't do anything worth while.
Moved to a good dr and got my problem resolved and my health restored.
10 months later I get an email that I owe them $100.
I called and they started asking me for case numbers, blah blah blah.
I told them if they hadn't waited 10 months i would have the information.
The whole process of dealing with these people was frustrating and not necessary.
A bunch of idiots.
I would not recommend going to them.
Just go to ER.

As a walk-in, I was asked to give a urine sample and results came back good. We visited with the P.A. who some questions and I advised him of a possible UTI. even tho I had lower extremity pain. No meds were prescribed and I left in pain. My neighbor lady gave me some meds and within 1 day I was feeling much better. Grateful for the care at UC but they didn’t complete the process.

I came to this facility with possible Covid or a sinus infection. They did not have rapid Covid tests available, so I took the standard test. The results were back the next day and positive. I tried calling the facility several times to talk to the original NP who evaluated me, and the phone rang and rang. No answer at all! If my symptoms were more serious, I would have gone to the hospital, but I dreaded sitting in a waiting area for several hours. Not a great experience for a summer visitor to Show Low.
