This hospital hands down has one of the best nursing staffs in Arizona. In the last five months I have had to go to there ER a couple of times due to my Chronic health conditions. I also have been admitted twice and currently admitted right now. My health condition that suddenly started three years ago has kept me hospitalized 80% of the time. Which has really taken a toll on my body and mind. I have had month long stays in multiple different hospitals until I moved out to Payson. Unlike other hospital experiences here I never have to chase down my nurses. They are always checking up on me and making sure I have everything I need. If there ever is any problems with anything like medications the nurses and doctors are very quick about fixing it. To many times at other places I have dealt with nurses that it's just a paycheck to them and the patient suffers due to their dissatisfaction in there job. Here at Banner the nurse's and doctor's passion and respect for their field reflects in there care. My attending doctor this stay has been amazing as well. He really took his time to sit with me to understand and discuss how being so sick has effected my mental health. It is great to have a doctor who is aware and really listens to my needs getting me helpful resources within hours. I have only had one experience that was not so pleasant with a doctor here but only have positive things to say about all the rest.

My wife recently broke her ankle. I took her to Banner Payson Medical Center where she had excellent care. The check in person was very welcoming and told us not to worry that we didn't have our insurance cards with us. We were able to call our son and she took the information from him. The ER nurses were very kind and gentle with her. Dr. Kolb was very kind and efficient in speaking with the orthopedic surgeon and splinted the injury.
We were very pleased with the excellent care my wife received.

I am very pleased with Banner in Payson. I just had my right shoulder operated on and I received a reverse shoulder replacement. I am doing very well 2 and a half weeks out. DR Manning is amazing and I am thrilled with the whole staff!

I had an amazing experience with the surgical center. They took great care of me. The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeon were all amazing. I offered to let some students still learning to get some experience in as well. That’s how we help others grow learn, out of our eyeballs. That’s the Godly thing to do. Doesn’t matter which side of the table you’re on you get the experience as a job completed!

We can't say enough good things about our recent birth experience at Banner Payson Medical Center, given the fact we were just visiting the nearby area (camping) in high elevation and Baby decided it's time. From the moment we rushed in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless and the room was comfortable and quiet.

But what truly impressed us was the level of care we received from the medical staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all our questions patiently. The doctors and nurses were all fantastic – they were always checking in on Mom and the Baby, making sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed.

Overall, we had a very positive experience at Banner Payson and honestly wouldn't have it any other way (considering the circumstances..) They made such a difficult time much easier for us. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for excellent medical care, especially if your in Payson for just a visit.?

Banner Imaging Center is absolutely the very best. The staff went out of their way to make sure my appointment was swift. When I got there, I had no wait time and everyone was very professional and kind. I would give them a 10+.

went to the ER and they wanted payment for the visit before we left. I didn't have $700.56 (prior to submitting to my insurance) in my pocket so they signed my up for CURAE and charged the $700.56. My insurance has paid a portion of this and Banner never resubmitted the amount to this credit company they have partnered with. I beleave that is fraud to take an amount from a patient prior to running the insurance first. They need to be legally held responsible for this type of payment scam.
