Day 2!!!! Just called back 25 minutes AFTER my appointment!!! Had to walk out yesterday and reschedule due to the fact I had other obligations to take care of. Oh and the fact that I sat in the exam room for about hour (arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment as well)!!!
The medical staff are kind and caring but I feel absolutely NO PATIENT CARE for my time I can not get back ever!
This will be the one and only time I come here for a work release and/or anything else!!!
2 stars only because the front desk and MA that helped me!!!

This is one of if not the worst experiences I have ever had. I had to come here for a pee test for a job I was offered. I have been sitting here an hour and they have called one person back. They have a lot of staff so I don't know what they are doing. I will be telling the employer not to use them. I highly recommend not coming here if possible. Lazy horrible staff.

It's been 5 days and Banner has yet to upload my hearing and vision results in the portal. I am missing out of money right now as I can't go to work without this requirement. I have called 4 times today and Optim Serve has also called and left voicemails. Nobody has answered the phone at this location all day. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

The doctors themselves aren't bad, but I have no idea why it takes an actual hour just to print paperwork. I've been here multiple times, and it always takes forever just to print the after visit paperwork. Bring something to bide your time and clear your schedule. You will be sitting in the lobby for an hour or more.

This was the best experience I had at a Banner Occupational health clinic. The two nurses were fantastic and I wish I caught their names. The wait time was short, i was in and out in 20 min. Thank you. I will come to this location from now on!

Been here twice, first for mask fit and second for a flu shot. Both times I made appointments. The first time I came in about 10 minutes before my appointment time, they called me back and I was out before my scheduled appointment time. Second time, my husband (also works at banner) suggested we go to a different location and I said no! Because this place really moves quickly and the staff is really nice. So we came here and both of us had a great experience with getting our flu shots. He was out in the lobby before his scheduled appointment time!! Thanks Desiree for the flu shot!!

Waited an hour to be “cleared” for a job because of the medications I’m on, and they came in the room for 2 seconds and said ok you’re good. What a joke.

I went there because I got injured at work, both of the girls in the front desk were so nice, Selena and Victoria aka V , and Doctor James Heil he’s excellent, this was the first time I had a great experience in a clinic, everyone there are so chill, friendly and very professional 🫶🏼
