Idk yet. Can someone come get this “rental” equipment? I cannot reach anyone by phone. We have a lift, a wheelchair, and a potty. Seems their 2-4 minute hold on the phone is actually until closing. Please reach out so that this equipment can be picked up and ins can stop being billed for stuff that’s no longer needed. Thanks.

One thing, no follow up on the equipment. Like dont you want your rentals back?

This location is definitely useful helpful or anything else. Sine I received my equipment no followed up with me, called to see if i needed additional supplies. Any requests for assistance is like putting them out. Find a different medical equipment company and save the frustration.

If you're told you have to deal with this company, run for the hills.!!!! They are customer service call center is the only number that you can get or be given they are rude.
And don't care about hippa until you ask for a supervisor or a manager. They say there's one not available, They can't transfer you, They will have to send them a message. We have left 2 of those and haven't gotten a response, By the way. They have missed 2 deliveries by not even showing up. One.They called me a flat out liars that I never made the call, but I gave him the name. And the?
Time I callEd. The other time, they just didn't show up.And they said, "Oh, your prescription ran out even though it's a non - expiring unlimited script." My wife has missed so many doctor's appointments. That mean life-or-death in the past month? We've used them, and today. She's gonna miss another one for her heart doctor. After the non delivery and me getting another script. For more oxygen tanks, they said they would come first thing in the morning to bring her her tank so she doesn't miss her appointment. We just.
Told him it was in the am, and she just called me a liar again on the Phone Sing my wife said three pm. That is not the case. If you get nancy, hang up and call back to get a different person, If you get kevin or jesus, you better call to confirm the following day.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Stay far away from this place. I didn't believe the reviews until it happened to me. I had no issues getting an appointment to see the RT for the first fitting and to pick up my CPAP machine. They also had no trouble taking payment from me quickly for both e the mask and the CPAP. The RT never should have let me pick the mask I did. I had told her I have sleep apnea and
am a mouth breather. When I needed to replace the mask with their free 30 day exchange program, I could not get a RT to get back in touch with me. The only way to reach them is through one phone number in Scottsdale and then they give you the run-around. I received a call early in the morning from a private number that went to voicemail. The voicemail told me that I must have their number blocked because it went straight to voice mail and also told me to order a particular style of mask. I was never given their phone number other than the Scottsdale one, so how could I have blocked it? I called the Scottsdale number several times over the next few days and tried to explain the issue. I mentioned that the voicemail had mentioned a certain type of mask and was told that the RT had to submit forms for that or else I would be charged for it even within the 30 days. Each time, they told me they would try to contact an RT for me and each time I was told that they guess no one was available and someone would call me back. I asked them for a phone number to make sure that the number wasn't somehow blocked in my phone and they could not give me a number. One woman told me I should just keep my phone on me at all times of the day so that if they called, I would be able to answer it. I asked for a manager to speak to and was told there was no one. My only option was to wait for someone to call me back. No one called me back. I asked them what would happen if I showed up at the office that I had my first appointment and was told they would not let me in without an appointment. At that point, I was fed up and worried that they would be playing games with me for the whole 30 days. I told them I wanted to return the CPAP machine and they told me I could come right in and drop it off at the office that I had been trying to contact someone. When I returned the machine, I saw the RT satnding there chatting with the woman at the front desk. She quickly walked away. I guess she wasn't all that busy. Also, the RT had very dirty fingernails when she was fitting me for a mask. I am really not picky about that kind of thing, but this was really gross. I ended up having to pay approx $45 for the 1st payment on the CPAP and the mask and now I have nothing to use for my Sleep Apnea. I will have to find another company to deal with and I will have to pay again. Thanks a not, Banner Home Medical Equipment.

I am so frustrated with Banner after multiple billing issues (being told I had to pay X amount (100.00 more than my insurance said when I questioned that, they informed me they would refund any overpayment), (and getting a credit of only half of what I paid), to name a few. I don't know why there are so many issues with what should be a simple process, but here we go again. I called to order supplies. The person I spoke with stated they would run my insurance, call me back in 3-5 days, collect my payment, and then ship my supplies. She then explained (after I questioned this, which had never happened in the past) that they can't run the insurance when we call to order because it takes too much time, leaving others with a long hold time (by the time she explained all this, she could have run the insurance.) So finally, they called and told me I owed a hundred and some dollars. I paid, and they assured me my supplies would be shipped. After waiting two weeks, I called and asked where one of my items was and how much longer it would take to arrive; after a long hold, they stated, "Your item didn't get ordered." I explained when I was on the phone, and the person reviewed my order (twice) that the item was on the order. The kind person assured me it was on the way, and I did get it within two days. NOW, three weeks later, I get a bill for over 400.00! They told me they ran my insurance, and I paid the balance. The whole point of waiting 3-5 days for you to call me was to have an accurate cost of my items. My conclusion is the need for a new operating system, hiring procedures, training programs, or just stopping the deceptive billing practices.

I've called to ask for some help with a machine , they tell me a therapist will call me back and no one ever does. They are pretty efficient at taking my money. They also make you drive to pick up any small thing no matter how far to go.
This company is the worst. I made a payment arrangement for my CPAP and I still get these vague charges for visits that never happened or for my machine. I've ordered nothing new from them because they are useless and no one answers the phone. Today I got a bill from a collection agency even though I was on their billing site last week to set up a payment arrangement because my card was stolen and it showed me up todaye. Today there are a bunch of new charges even though I paid other charges in addition to the payment arrangement. Their billing is so vague you have no idea what you are being charged for. I pay, my insurance pays and yet magically charges still show up and I have not been there in months. It is all very sketchy and no one answers the phone in billing. My next choice is to file a complaint with AGs office .

The billing department is a complete shambles. When calling, everyone gives a different story. There is a disconnect between Banner HME and Banner Health which does the actual billing. A supervisor told me last week she would call me back the next day. No call. Today someone else called who had no idea what I originally called about and kept talking over me. I hung up. In addition the website for Banner billing has inaccurate information and doesn't post the latest payments already made in months. Really an awful company managing the public's health system.

This place is beyond terrible. Billing issues remain unresolved. No call back on ordering replacement equipment. The unresponsive response solved nothing. I have already spent numerous hours on the phone and keep getting transferred between the same two people who can't resolve the problem. Despite liking my doctor, I am done with Banner. I'm finding a new physician so I won't have to deal with them anymore. I'm also writing to the Arizona Dept of Health Services. Given the reviews posted, it appears I'm not the only one experiencing poor service from Banner.

Had my first in person experience this morning. I was taken back for my appointment within 5 minutes. Christine was my rt, and she answered all my questions and was EXTREMELY kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was quite apprehensive, and I told her why. Bad reviews. At this point, I would recommend this facility.
