I have been seeing Randi Herman for well over 6 years now. I started seeing her when she was at the Verrado clinic. She has always understood my concerns and she has always recommended ways to help improve my health. I have never had a delay in care at any Banner clinic. I love the way it is easy to set up appointments and to contact my provider when I need her. I fully trust Randi and Banner with my healthcare. She has always been respectful to me and has always seemed to care about my health and point me in the right direction to get better. I will continue to see Randi for any medical issues I have. She is always on top of providing referrals and submitting prescription requests on time. If anybody is hesitant and getting care from Randi or anybody from Banner, don't. I understand most people will not think the same but I truly trust her and banner with my health.

Banner Clinic in Litchfield Park, Goodyear is an excellent choice was an excellent choice for my extensive medical needs. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Thomas Pena was thorough and completely knowledgeable about my medical history before meeting with me. I am very pleased. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. At times, I have felt like literally like a barcode to be scanned and sent on my way through a revolving door. Not here.

Can’t get my blood drawn at my PCP because they won’t take my payment.. after spending two days sending me on a wild goose chase to different clinics, I still can’t get my labs done. I’m sorry I don’t have an insurance provider at this moment for you to bill 2-3x what the actual cost of my labs are. Patient health is not a priority here. Go elsewhere.

I was just seen by Randi Herman for some back pain that I've been having for 2 weeks. Previously went to an urgent care who told me to follow up with my primary care doctor as I may need an xray. After a huge run around with the scheduling office I finally got an appointment with this nurse practitioner. She was absolutely horrible. When I showed her where the pain was, which was my side in the rib area of my back she began pressing so hard that it was causing me pain, which was obvious and I told her it hurt. She kept on. I told her I bruised easily, she said "well you'll have a bruise now". She said if she could reproduce the same pain then it was a pulled muscle and that I needed to stretch, or see a chiropractor or get a massage, and to take anti inflammatory meds etc. She had no bedside manor. Treated me like a second class citizen and basically physically abused me. I was so upset I walked out and burst into tears. I've never had such an experience in all my life. It was horrible. I do NOT recommend this woman for any treatment whatsoever. No level of empathy or care at all for someone in her field.

Most unhelpful facility you will ever go to. They do not offer solutions to help with issues. Just charge for appointments that provide zero resolution. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are looking for medical care. The providers are useless.
