Dr. Banks has been my doctor for the past 10 years. His recent staff change has Hurt the quality of service today. The new staff does Not know what they are doing and makes you feel like it's Your Fault for them not knowing or doing their job. Today I called in to schedule a zoom appt because I have an ear ache, needless to say, I'm calling Teledoc for help!! New Staff is Rude and extremely incompetent. Extremely heart broken because Dr. Banks is honestly a great doctor, it's his new staff that's hurting his practice.

The experience I had with Dr Gary Banks was was wonderful from the moment I entered the facilities. the staff was very professional from being to end. the receptionist was sweet and bubbly I didn't even get a chance to hardly sit down, before they called me to the back. the nurse that Drew my blood was kind as well and did a good job. It only took one try and I have very small veins. the doctor he was phenomenal he explained everything to me and for detail and listen to my concerns. and I also had a wonderful experience with the office manager she was very warm and Knowledgeable she made sure everything went smoothly couldn't ask for a better doctor and facility and staff for my health care needs

Dr. Banks is very rude and will rush through your appointment. When you ask questions or if you don't understand something Dr. Banks speaks to you as if you are beneath him, he has NO bedside manner at all! His staff is even worse. The female that goes by the name of Jay is very rude and unprofessional. Asked her for a breakdown of our bill and she said she was not here to discuss that and tried to put it off to another staff member. She was extremely lazy and refused to clarify anything, I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I said then you need to do better! I wish to speak to Dr. Banks. We were told he would call us after patients. A few minutes later we received a call from the same rude female saying Dr. Banks WILL NOT call you back you will need to schedule an appointment with him. They will not even speak to you over the phone to resolve non-medical issues because they want to charge you for an office visit. DO NOT waste you time with this office, you will be treated poorly.

Went to this horrible Dr office Jan 16th and since then have been to 3 other hospitals due to this terrible Dr and his incompetent staff. Just got home from Sacred heart and received a certified letter where this establishment is terminating me as a patient which is a blessing because the quality of care could cost you your life .

Very condescending and rude Did everything but call me a liar when I told him I cannot get truiccity. And still prescribe it for me. Never have I been to a doctor with a worst attitude and arrogant then him

Dr. Banks was very informative and up front with his approach for my care however, the receptionist, Crystal was very rude from the beginning. As I left the office from my first visit to their office, the staff informed me that if I had any issues logging in or submitting my application to the state to call back and they’d walk me thru the process. I did in fact have issues logging in and submitting my application so when I called back the receptionist “Crystal” indicated that she couldn’t help me and that I needed to come back to Niceville. She also indicated that I must be doing something wrong and was talking to me like a child. I told her to please not talk to me like I’m a child and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. I called several times there after and left a message and all calls were ignored. Very unprofessional and childlike behavior. Should not be associating with people on a day to day basis. They lost my business and unfortunately Dr. Banks seems like a very good Dr.

I overheard him tell another dr that he wanted to quit practicing medicine that didn't include cannabis. I paid his extra fees to be seen within 24 hours for acute needs such as injury or severe illness. When I called him with a positive covid test, he said, "I don't know what you want from me." Another time when I called with sudden crippling hip pain, not only did I have to wait more than 24 hours (despite my paid fees), when I did finally see him he was rude and refused to offer advice until he saw the radiology report. I took the report to him within 1 hour, but didn't hear from him for over a week.
