This practice is wonderful. Dr. Cooper listens ands is willing to try my ideas. She also explains everything they do with my dog. The office is so calm. My very nervous dog is actually almost relaxed when we go there and she is very fond of Dr. Cooper. Everyone who works there is also so calm and friendly. Wonderful vet!

If there was only a numerical option other than 10 to share how exceptional Banderas and the staff are to not only Steeeve but to us as his puppy parents. We cannot express our gratitude enough for everyones’ guidance when we brought Steeeve in at 6 months old to current age of 2.5 years. You have helped us all grow.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bandaras Pet Hospital. Dr. Cooper and the entire staff are amazing. From the time we walk in, my dog and I are met with kindness. Dr. Cooper is knowledgeable and compassionate, an amazing combination which makes my dog Auggie immediately at ease. I highly recommend you give them a try

Besides the dog park, this is our dogs favorite place to go for a day of doggy day care, boarding or regular health check ups. They've come through for our family many times at the last minute and our pup loves everyone there! Great place and plan on continuing to come back!

UPDATE - Stephanie contacted me on 1/3/2025 regarding the visit and indeed they forgot to disclose the estimate - and it sounds like it was an honest mistake. They have taken care of the issue. I've updated the review score to reflect. Thanks Stephanie for reaching out. Too many businesses take advantage of customers and I'm glad that BPH is not one of them.

Was here for a follow up visit (first visit a week prior, we paid near $400). We were told the follow up visit would be free - just a check up to make sure the medication was working. When I went up to “checkout”, I kindly said “do I owe you anything?” I was greeted with a bill for over $150 which included a follow up visit fee and two
“Procedures”. It would have been nice if the “procedures” and fee would have been discussed prior including what they would charge for it. I wasn’t made aware until I was leaving and honestly, they could have charged me anything at that point. Everyone’s nice there (which is why the 2 stars), but I felt a lack of honesty.

Attention to detail! We all love our pets! They are a part of the family. Banderas Pet Hospital and Boarding treat them as their own! Thank you so much Dr. Cooper and staff for taking the time to call me about Milo and Zoey during their stay about their dental procedures— keeping me updated while I had a business trip.
I appreciate Jenny for really taking care of them and sometimes hand feeing Milo because he tends to not eat while away from us. And the pics!! Loved seeing the daily pictures of my babies playing and sniffin around.
