Very rude, nasty persona’s, made me feel uncomfortable durning the appointment, was rushing me to speak, over talking me and being very abrupt and rude “Nonchalant”, no need to be mean to someone for NO REASON! YES I was kind and more professional then the professionals. I never felt so unwelcome, for no reason in my life. So far the only person that was nice was a older women who placed my “appointment “ if I new her name I would give her a great *review*.

First off the women in the appointment was breathing and getting a attitude and was so sarcastic and choppy with me, whenever it was my turn to talk you could hear the agitation in her voice. I wanted to hang up, BUT because I needed the support I had to sit through it, I didn’t want to mess up getting my WIC.

The women today 01/14/21, I went to pick up my WIC and a women came to the door with a attitude because I knocked only 4 (separate) times, I was told to knock on the door, I waited the first 2 knocks no one came so I tried 2 times more, she came to the door and said in a very nasty tone “give me a minute to get to the door” I apologized, I assumed someone was in the back and could not hear me, she cut me off rolled her eyes and said “whats your name” closes the door in my face and runs back with my WIC folder and just says here you go, she didn’t offer to asked me if I had any questions. She didn’t elaborate to me how the WIC program worked, just had a attitude gave me the folder said here and said have a good day and close the door was very fast and seemed very agitated. Like she didn’t want to be there.
I don’t understand why come in to work on a day that you’re not supposed to work and give me the blues when all you had to do was keep yourself home. Then why take appointments and work a job where you know you’re gonna be dealing with the public and then have the audacity to have a attitude while doing it. Then on top of that like a comment earlier they are running late and then ask me if I have time to make the phone call. Will clearly I do if I answer the phone on time which they weren’t. But I made sure I stayed by the phone. This is a word of advice to the ones who don’t know how to humble THEM self.

My advice to the (disrespectful) EMPLOYEES’ is that if you don’t know how to act and you don’t know how to be professional or respectful and adjust your unpleasant attitude when you’re dealing with the public, don’t make other peoples day ruined or them miserable because you want to be salty and bitter.

you need to drop your job, then maybe you’ll drop your attitude. And learn some proper
“Work Etiquette”.

They schedule an appointment then dont call until 45 minutes passed the appointment so you miss the calls because you have kids and cant sit around your phone, just to be told we have to reschedule your appointment on Tuesday that's 3 more days without formula for my baby do they care no they dont. I could understand if they call 10 minutes passed the appointment time and I did not answer but they did not call until 9:16am.

The workers here are so nasty and rude. They don't do anything to help and the number is pointless because no one answers.
