South Baldwin Medical Partners’ providers and staff are all great; very compassionate and thorough! I have seen each of them on occasion and have always been very pleased. I love love Debbie!! She spends time with my family and I; making sure she addresses each concern. Debbie goes above and beyond for each and every patient as I know all of the providers and staff do. You will not find a better group of people who make it their mission to ensure your health and wellbeing are of upmost importance. Please give my kudos to the management as well for the wonderful organization and efficiency of this establishment. Someone definitely knows what they are doing; great team work! Thank you so much for the wonderful care as always!!

Went in to see Dr. Gilson for the first time due to insomnia, I advised him of all the medication I have taken that did not work and what had worked in the past. He continued to up a dose of medication that I told him didnt work. As expected it did not work, I called the office and spoke with the nurse 2 days later and I never got a phone call back out switchinng medications. Finally I called and left a message and received a call back saying Dr. Gilson wanted to switch to another medication that i told him did not work. I dont advise anyone to see him he makes you feel like he dont care even in the office he wsa uninterested and appeared like he wanted to get you in and out as fast as he can. I highly recommend seeing anyone else in that office.

So far, This review is based on one phone call to change primary Physicians. I called and had the pleasure of getting Ms. Patricia on the phone. May I just say, this 1st time experience, speaking with her, her knowledge, her patience AND her eagerness to HELP a new patient get and find exactly what they need from everyone involved was the absolute most excellent customer service I have experience in a very, very long time!!!
I would like to thank Patricia wholeheartedly and hope that I get to meet her when I do finally have my appointment she is a blessing and an asset to this establishment!!!

NP Debbie Davis was recommended to us by two nurses who are her patients. The fact that other nurses go to her is testimony of her level of care. She specializes in hormone-replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women. There is even a Lister Lab for tests and a compounding pharmacy, Pure Life, conveniently located in the same building. Debbie is not only attentive at ordering labs, diagnostics and referrals but also astute at reviewing results in order to adjust medication and treatment. We love seeing her beautiful face and genuine smile. Oftentimes they get us back late, yet while many doctors and nurses commonly seem to have one foot out the door during OV's, Debbie takes time to discuss cares and concerns with her patients. She does all this while carrying herself with a Christian attitude of positivity, compassion, and expertise. Dr. Cheung is friendly, too. Best of all, we get responses when we need to use their on-line message system.

The physicians, nurses & support staff are Wonderful, caring, professional!
I recommend this practice highly.
Debbie Davis is our provider and she is great!
We were referred by a friend & we are so happy to be in her professional medical care!
When my husband was ill & needed an ill call appointment, the front desk worked him in & he was seen by Dr. Cheung. We were grateful & Dr Cheung was wonderful in diagnosing and treating my husband. If you are in need of great medical professionals, you will find them here!

Absolutely love Debbie Davis. She takes the time to sit down with you and really talk about any cares or concerns you may have. The office staff has been very efficient and helpful. Love, love this office.

I have been here several times and have never been taken to the back on time. It's at least an hour before they even take you to the back. So if you like waiting forever then by all means, this is the place for you. The nurse practitioners are nice but it's not worth waiting to see them.

Nurse Practitioner Valerie is absolutely marvelous! She is concerned and caring and will talk to you about anything and everything you have going on. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and asks you questions about your general health not just the immediate reason for your appointment. I always feel like she really cares about you and your health. I have recommended her to several of my friends. Love her!!
