DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have been a patient here for over a year and you wait well over an hour to be seen and the care is mediocre. I arrived for a very important appointment 10 minutes on the dot late due to an event in downtown and was rudely told by office staff that I would not be seen and they had “6 other patients to be seen.” There was not one person in the office. It seemed to be that they overbooked. They can allow patients to sit for well over an hour to be seen then sit in the back for additional time but if a patient runs 10 min late, they have to miss their visit no matter the importance. They are not patient centered, kind, compassionate, or friendly. I would urge you to stay away from this office. All referrals also are sent to South Baldwin when they could be sent to Thomas or local doctors. I ended up waiting nearly a year for a crucial GI appointment I found out I could have had locally in days. Avoid the frustration and poor care. These people are not here for patient care.

Had my first appointment, got me in fast, were very helpful until afterwards.. When taking my prescriptions to get filled, learned they were not signed by doc. Mistakes happen, no biggie. Call to get them electronically sent bc I am unable to go in person to have them signed. CANNOT get in touch with anyone, so I leave them a message. Call back, prescriptions never sent. Call back, still won’t transfer me to speak with someone in the office. Leave a message to receive a call back or send prescriptions, told I would receive a call back. No call, no prescription. I advise going to an office that has working phones or stays on top of fixing their mistakes.

What started out as a dull ache in my left hip has become excruciating pain. I was told to have an ultrasound. I did. NO ONE contacted me with the results. I was told to wait another two weeks for a follow-up. I did. Showed up to my appointment and the physician had called out. Front staff told me they called to reschedule and must have missed me. This was a lie. No one called. Meanwhile, my scan results remain unavailable to me and I have no answers for this pain. I am sick of the incompetence of the office staff of this facility. It is not the first time I've been left out in the cold by these people, but it will be the last.

Great Dr.s but horrible practice. Since baldwin Health took over the communication is horrible. All you can do is get in touch with the call center and pray someone calls you back.

The staff working at this practice are incredibly disorganized, unresponsive to returning calls related to test results, and just seem like the patient is a "bother". Please consider another practice with caring staff.
