The CRNP that saw me was Very Attentive to my complaint and symptoms. He was wonderful to explain everything and how he was going to treat me. The whole staff in the office was so kind and cared about me.
I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Everyone was very kind and gentle with me while sick. The nurse helped me to do my own covid test so it didn't hurt so much.

It did take roughly the same amount of time as going to Central Baldwin Urgent Care (my preferred).

At Central Baldwin Urgent Care in Robertsdale, I felt more comfortable. At this Loxley location, they prescribed me meds and sent me on my way. At the Central Baldwin location, they spoke with me about what medications work better for my body and gave me a much more tailored approach.

At this Loxley clinic, the physician was sorta loud when chatting with patients. I overhead some really personal information about an STD the guy in the room next to me had. Heard it loudly announced through the wall.

When I called the Loxley clinic to ask about one of the meds giving me nausea, they sorta acted like they had no clue if the meds would do that. Didn't seem concerned with my symptoms and said I could come back in to get checked. At the Central Baldwin location, I've had to call up there to check medication reactions and they always have the doctor call me back and they have even called in different meds for me.

All in all, it was fine. But I didn't really feel like my self pay money was well spent. I recommend the Central Baldwin location.

This place was very nice to me. I just went for some fluids after being so sick all weekend. The NP was so nice and patient with me,just really didn't make me feel like a burden. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Got diagnosed with covid and the Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Stallworth, would not prescribe paxlovid for me.
I asked him if he could prescribe anything non narcotic to help me sleep as I'd been taking benadryl and it hadn't been working. He said no and that was ok. Appointment went fine, he said he'd send in the paxlovid and steroids with an inhaler. He lied though. He sent in steroids, an inhaler and Allegra for some reason? I called the next day and he told the nurse he'd not send in paxlovid because I took benadryl to sleep and even when I asked if he could send it in if I stop taking benadryl, he said no. Now I'm having to go to another doctor so that I can get rid of this covid faster and hopefully not get long covid. The entire reason I went to this place was to get paxlovid.. the nurse practitioner did not seem very knowledgeable of medicines. Will not bring my family or myself here again.

All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Melissa, the NP is spectacular. She genuinely takes time to get to know her patients and is very attentive to their treatment. I feel the same way about the Robertsdale staff but the wait time at Loxley is generally shorter. ?

I was really struggling and sick and the folks here had me seen and with Mike the NP immediately and they took excellent care of me. All the staff I dealt with were kind, compassionate and professional. Highly recommend this clinic.

can’t say enough good things about my experience in this office today! the staff was so kind and empathetic and got me taken care of promptly and thoroughly. the pa made an effort to relate with me and we had a great conversation. most comfortable i’ve felt in a doctor’s office in a long time!!
