Carol, Dr. Robinson's nurse is always so sweet when I call. She is always so chipper and bubbly and I just always get off the phone with a smile on my face! I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for 8 years or so and I absolutely cannot say enough about her and the staff!

Beware. We visited their "urgent" care side for an emergency, and they refused to see us. When I asked if any nurse could lay eyes on her, they were offended stating "we don't have nurse practitioners here for that". I am shocked that they could not even find a nurse to do vitals. It appears that this clinic has a ratio of patient/Medical staff that is too great. Last time this heart event occurred, it took 6 weeks to get an appointment. If she is having a heart attack, she would not have recieved attention with this medical group. They told us we had to go to an independent urgent care because they WOULD NOT help. Huge thank you to the urgent care next to Target on highway 98, you saved us!

This facility is good for scheduled appointments/routine care, but do not go in if you suspect you are having an urgent episode.

Lucky I had to give a star to post this review. I went for a new patient appt here today. I showed up 30 mins early as requested, my appt was at 2pm. A little afte 2pm they got me in a room and did the initial stuff, bp/temp... then I waited in this room til 3pm with no dr, no one... so I walked out. My time is important too.

I love my Dr. she is beyond amazing. I only wish that they would hire people who enjoyed their jobs and interactions with patients. Every time I go, I feel like as soon as I walk in I’m a bother to them. It’s not hey how are you today, it’s what’s your name, any changes. The medical assistant didn’t even smile when she worked me up. It happens every visit.

Dr. Robinson is the best doctor I've ever had. She's caring, knowledgeable, personable, and driven to find the answer to whatever ails you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to care for a friend or loved one.

Nice, new location for my doctor. A little further drive, but it's new, clean and I'm good with it! My Dr is great so I am very satisfied with where they moved. My 85 yo Mom's doctor also moved here from their previous location. All good!

I have been a patient of Dr.Hollenswoths for many years now.She and her staff are wonderful and very caring.Although I usually am left waiting way after my appt.time...I know I will be taken care of.I don't want to see a doctor who is in a rush all the time.

I see Dr. Laura Hollingsworth now for over 8 yrs now, an I joke with her that she can't retire til I kick off. She listens, she ask questions to help to come up with grip on what the problem is and she thinks outside the box to help not just me, but other ppl that she sees. I think the world of her not only as a Dr, but as a human being. I've come across to her and her family out in public and I've spoken to her and she has spoken back.
