Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The nurses were caring and answered any and all questions I had. They even printed me out information for different birth controls they offer. I felt very cared for and I will not hesitate to visit the clinic again. (Review is for health clinic)

Over 3 weeks ago I registered for an appointment to get the covid vaccine. They said as soon as an appointment as available they would contact me... i have heard NOTHING. Surely they should have been able to get me an appointment in that amount of time...they never did call me. Eventually I got my vaccines at Atmore Hospital. Great service, lovely people.

I went there last July 2020 to get a COVID19 test because I have respiratory issues, am over 70 and had been running fever for a few days. They were awesome!! They were very organized and efficient and provided plenty of feedback. It didn’t take long at all to get my test and within a few days I received the results. Excellent in all respects! You rock Robertsdale(Baldwin Cty) Dept of Health! Bravo❗️ ? ♥️

Incredibly helpful with information on getting new septic system installed. The health inspector explained all the steps and things to look for when hiring a septic installer. I don't know why people get upset because they were on hold...they cover the largest county in Alabama and we had the inspector come out within a week.

I have only wonderful things to say about my experience with Baldwin County Health Department. We just moved here from Etowah County. I was on five lists to get a covid shot and was never called. Here I went to a drive up covid station and received my first shot and was scheduled at the health department for one month later for my second shot. This was within a week of purchasing our home. Now they are saying Alabama is sending their shots to other states due to lack of interest. I still have not been called for a shot by anyone in Etowah County. This leads me to believe it’s not a lack of interest on the part of the public but rather those giving the shots. Thank you Baldwin County Health Department for doing such a wonderful job!!

Absolutely horrible unpleasant unpredictable unprofessional it's 2 16 p.m my appointment was at 1130

I have a 4 month old baby and 2 other kids of I could walk put I would but my hands are tied because my kids need this for school this place literally makes me sick to my stomach with how they've treated myself and children today

Had some results come back that should have been shared with me ASAP. But they never called me, never got ahold of me to tell me my results. (UNTIL I CAME BACK IN (6 month later!!)for a separate check up…
Resulting in more issues. They didn’t seem to care really .
Just double check up on your results because SOMEONE should have made sure to CALL ME when results like that come in!!

Worst experience ever. All they do is give you different numbers to call and even those numbers will have you on hold for 5 hours & NOBODY will help you. They really need to DO THEIR JOB AND HELP WHEN PEOPLE NEED HELP!!! instead of giving them the run around. Rude from the get go . Wont help you figure anything out. Need a whole new team in there working.
