The receptionist was extremely helpful and professional!! I was extremely impressed with the doctor and his knowledge. He explained things to me that I had never known and I’ve been going to a doctor for 15 years and he took his time was patient kind honest and I didn’t feel judged quite the opposite and I am 100% going to Recommend anyone I know to go see him. I get this whole office a 10 star review starting with the young lady in front what a nice professional young lady she is and the doctor was just amazing and I’m surprisingly very happy and like I said 10 stars all the way around thank you very much. I appreciate you guys.

Coming from several different providers in Ohio, Craig is absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and very easy to work with. I was able to get all of my medications transferred and work with me with no issues.

Asked to see someone about getting medication for my depression and they said they would send me paperwork, they didn't, no big deal, just called and had them send it which they did. I filled out very personal information about my mental state and emailed them everything they requested. They never responded to the email and so I called after 2 weeks and the phone just rang. Called about a month after the initial email and finally got a hold of someone. They did not have any answer as to why they never responded. They asked when I would like to make an appointment to which I asked what the appoint was for and she said for therapy. I told her I wanted the to meet someone for medication and she said that I filled out the wrong paperwork (that they sent me) and needed to do a diffent form. At this point, I didn't feel comfortable with them so I told her that I didn't think this was a good fit for me and to please shred my papers with all of my personal info on them. She rudely responded that she never downloaded them and that she'll just delete the email. So congrats to the receptionist for making an already depressed person feel even worse, best to look somewhere else if you actually care about your mental health.

Craig and the staff refer to him as a Dr. Even though he is an LPN.
Nurse Craig is very slow at reviewing medical records and ordering medications.
He was very rude and argumentative when I inquired days later about my medications saying "he gets to it when he get to it, and there is no time constraints on when he needs to send in medications after a visit." I'm appalled at the receptionist Tiffany for laughing at me on the phone when I asked for a manager number and the way Nurse Craig conducted himself. I also find it a red flag that he's being referred to as a DR. by the staff when he isn't a Dr.
