From a business perspective 5 STARS!!!
This company has really figured out how to maximize their profits by abusing patients and providing them the lowest quality therapist they can find, an Associate Therapist. The equivalent of an unpaid intern. They secure contracts with some big name medical partners. They charge a premium for their offerings. They create a curriculum for different paths i.e. Postpartum, Depression, etc and offer it on a rolling basis so patients can join anytime. It sounds promising and an easy sell. They say a licensed therapist will be heading the sessions. The real kicker and how they are the most successful is by bamboozling some of their victims with the sell above and setting them up in Zoom rooms with an ASSOCIATE THERAPIST, who is there voluntarily meaning the company is pocketing the hefty contracted day fee with very little overhead and the associate therapist is completing their hours to be licensed. They have no experience and lack the skills to be working with vulnerable patients who are sent to them through these contacts.

Do your due diligence before you sign up for this program. These individuals are not licensed as legit LMFTs! They have only completed their Masters and are trying to get clinical hours in order to qualify to get their real LMFT license. Don't take my word for it, look it up yourself. These people do not have the proper experience or license to be conducting any type of intensive therapy program. They allegedly work under a supervisor but the supervisor does not show up to the Zoom meeting leaving the AT to run the session themselves.

I had the most traumatizing experience with a Sunveet. She lacked professionalism and skills to be able to handle the situation. She created a really unsafe place for me, further triggering and exasperating my trauma. She lacked empathy and the ability to run the session, I logged out after only 20 minutes, when she told me to calm down because I was getting too worked up. She completely humiliated me in front of the group and stopped me from sharing my story. I think it's a huge liability to be putting some of the most vulnerable individuals into a Zoom room as guinea pigs with someone who is basically "in training" without the proper experience. This is not an intensive program, it is an internship for these so call "therapists", DO NOT be their victim. Their practices are completely reckless and dangerous. They are playing Russian Roulette with people's mental health, steer clear. PLEASE BE WARNED!

I went to Balance Treatment Center in 2018. It was very nerve racking but the staff was super comforting! Everyone was very professional and made all the rules very clear. I learned SO MUCH in the month that I was there. I went to their outpatient program after leaving the residential house to continue group therapy. I learned my triggers and signs and can prevent 90% of my panic attacks. I cannot thank this team enough for their care.
The food was AMAZING too.

Balance Treatment Center has excellent people working for the company. They are very professional and caring and most importantly they take your case as a human. They have an excellent facility in Calabasas and all their team went out of their way to help me and my daughter. I strongly recommend their professional help and i really appreciate all of your staff for handling our case so delicately, professionally and furthermore, giving us the benefits that was not on their contract. Trying to help clients in this line of work is one of the most complicated experiences in the world and God try us for extra challenges for some reason that I do not really know and I am glad that Balance has a professional, and caring team that they put themselves into your shoes.

You can not go with that team and thank you again Balance for your sincere approach to our particular difficult case. Belive me, they are not after money, they are there to help.
