I’ve used them twice now and have had James both times now and he is very patient friendly and has a great personality glad I had him. I will use Baileys again in the future if the need arises. And Pierre was very helpful and patience.

Zack and the Jacksonville team have gone above what is required to provide excellent services to their patients. They are attentive to detail, work quick to communicate with there sister branches, and can navigate difficult deliveries. Do not buy any supplies from this company. They gave the wrong bed for my daughter. So when it became obvious, they now say they will not give new bed because it’s considered a purchase. They did not say or do anything when they came in May. Horrible experience

we were on the schedule to have a hospital bed and wheelchair to be picked up after my moms passing, they were gonna call when they were 30 minutes away. After waiting all day for that phone call we finally called them. They seen we were on the schedule, yet can’t pick it up for 3 days. If we would have received phone call early in the day that they couldn’t pick it up for 3 days, that would have been nice instead of making us sit here. This service is totally unacceptable, there are better things that need to be done after someone’s passing than to sit and wait and now have to sit and look at the bed she was in for 3 more days. I am sure any other company would give better service.

To most Medical Equipment suppliers each person is just another customer but at Baileys they treat you and your loved ones as they would a member of their own Family. The pharmacy delivering is another greatly appreciated convenience free of charge to their customers. You just don't find companies willing to take the extra minute or two to make the transaction smooth and happy while doing it.

Had to order a wheelchair for my Grandfather and received the best service from a sweet woman named Nashaly. I was very impressed with the kindness and positive attitudes of the employees! 10/10 I will recommend Bailey’s to my friends and family.

Probably the most unprofessional company I have dealt with 👎🏽
There drivers came to deliver a bed and had no understanding to the customer is always right and management was no help at all.
I will clearly make sure I that I emphasize the fact that they refused to deliver my bed and ask me to take my business elsewhere, not taking in consideration that the bed I had in my possession was being picked up by another vendor.
They lack common sense
Worst medical supply company!!
