Reva has been the most helpful home medical professional that I have had the honor of working with in the past two years. I am a caregiver for my mother-in-law, father-in-law, and my mother. I have had to jump through hoops with three different insurance companies and medical suppliers in order to supply those in my care with the necessary medical/home health supplies to ensure their safety at home and on doctor’s visits. Reva has worked tirelessly with me in order to ensure that my mother is provided with a very necessary wheelchair. Without it, I would be unable to transport my mother to the many appointments she has every week. I appreciate Bailey’s Home Medical equipment for staffing such a knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful representative. She has helped me navigate insurance requirements, appeals and has been immensely helpful and supportive in every single contact we have had. Thank you so much for everything!

Listen very carefully: if you are in need of standard and/or bariatric DME, YOU NEED TO CALL BAILEY'S.
I personally dealt with the Memphis location and the representative's name is REBA - write that down!!! She is brilliant, kind, responsive, understood my urgency for this hospital discharge and I told her she can NEVER leave that location!

Reba has been one of the most Unprofessional Rude and inconsiderate individuals that I have dealt with working for a supply company in a very long time. She has done several things wrong. Just to name a few from my experience. First she sent a technician to my home to deliver a supply and when he was asked was he going to install it because he just handed it to me, he said and I quote him "I don't know how to install it you will have to Google it online to learn how to stall it yourself ". NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AT ALL BUT YET THIS IS A SUPPLY COMPANY DELIVERING MEDICAL SUPPLIES "UNBELIEVABLE "! NEXT MY HUSBAND IS TERMINALLY ILL AND HE REQUIRES OXYGEN CONTINOUSLY, THE OXYGEN MACHINE THAT BAILEY'S MEDICAL HAS DELIVERED TO OUR HOME HAS STOPPED WORKING TWICE" WHICH COULD'VE LEAD TO DEATH FOR MY HUSBAND"!!!! THANK GOD THAT I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SMART ENOUGH TO HAVE AN EXTRA MACHINE AVAILABLE AND RUNNING WITH THE CORD NEXT TO HIM IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY! BECAUSE THE OXYGEN MACHINE THAT BAILEY'S BROUGHT STOPPED WORKING EACH TIME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND THE EXTRA MACHINE IS WHAT SAVED HIS LIFE! AND TO THINK THAT WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SPOKE TO "RUDE INCONSIDERATE REBA SHE GOT SMART EACH TIME"! WHICH IN MY OPINION IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE, INCONSIDERATE AND EXTREMELY RUDE OF HER!! THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A COMPANY ACCOMMODATING FAMILIES ? WHO ARE ALREADY DEALING WITH THE STRESS OF THEIR LOVE ONES BEING SICK IN MANY CASES WITH MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM IT IS HORRIBLE AND SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE INDIVIDUALS LIKE REBA. IT IS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE HOW SHE COULD BE MANAGING THIS COMPANY WITH AN ATTITUDE THAT IS SO VERY POORLY AND SHE DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY COMPASSION FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN HERSELF. SHE IN MY OPINION WILL PROBABLY BE BETTER OFF WORKING IN A HOT ? FACTORY ? ON SOMEONE'S ASSEMBLY LINE!!! REBA IS A VERY EVIL? INCONSIDERATE RUDE INDIVIDUAL WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS "WHO ARE BRINGNG REVENUE TO THE COMPANY"! BEACAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS ALONG WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES PURCHASING THESE SUPPLIES "THERE WOULD BE NO BAILEY'S MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY "!!! MY ADVICE TO MS. REBA IS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY THAT YOU WOULD WANT YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVE❤️ ONES TO BE TREATED!! PERIODT!!!!
