A big thanks to the entire staff at Azure Rehabilitation & Care Center for helping my mother-in-law walk again! The therapies, the gait training, and assistive devices all played a huge role in her recovery. Special gratitude to the nurses, management, the doctors and therapists. I had an amazing experience at this facility. They were always very curious, knowledgeable and caring to my loved one. The place has been renovated and still under construction. The people there are very friendly and willing to help you at any time of the day. All the staff members are amazing at any staff you visit. As for facility activities they have lots of amazing activities to keep the patients busy. I am happy that I chose this facility for my love one and I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family.

I must say, the staffing coordinator Pamela is a rare gem! Professional, sharp, caring and solves any issues that arises in a timely manner. Whether dealing with patients, family or staff...she goes above and beyond. Azure Shores Rehab is very lucky to have her and the rest of the staff. Keep up the amazing work. You provide a valuable service to the community!

In my own opinion about this facility they have came a long way they're up on the new management and they're trying their best to make it a better place. I love this place because I love the people, friendly positive attitude and it is a great experience to have them on your team my physical therapist team is the best I give them five thumbs up because they are a great bunch of guys that takes their time to help you no matter what they will never let you fall. This facility you have to give it time to grow the management team is the best they're trying their best to expand and be great. So yes in my opinion they have a great staff a great bunch of people and I would love to come back anytime and by the way don't forget the activities staff they are a bunch of wonderful wonderful people and I love they directed to thank you for helping me on my recovery and I wish you guys all the best. I would like to also include my nurses was they are wonderful great and have a good sense of humor I would like to thank Ms Carlene for everything that she does and still is doing for her patience she is one of a kind. I have to give a special thanks to my physical therapy teen if you don't go anywhere else please come here and see them they are brilliant they're great friendly help you when you need it and always ready to lend a helping hand my physical therapy team is the best. My social worker team I love them they will help you with anything stop by and see them if you ever hear those ladies are the best I give a five thumbs up thank you all for helping me I really do appreciate it I love the people in this facility and I will always come back just a visit with the people I would love to call my friends. And I would like to add a special nurse that is so wonderful to me Mr Julio helpful kind and a wonderful nurse thank you for taking care of me also thank you everyone please stay blessed 👏👏👏👏👏👏

My grandmother was here after her surgery and I was pleased at my visit. First they great u with good hospitality when u arrive collect information and informed me of my grandmas room. She was well comfortable and the environment smelled great. I will recommend others in the future.

My aunt has been staying here recently and I have nothing but the utmost respect and gratitude for the staff. After seeing how they care for not only just my aunt but also the other patients it’s an amazing sight. All of the staff I’ve seen is so supportive and kind towards whoever walks through the doors it’s comforting everytime I step foot outside and leave my aunt , that I know she’s in great hands. They deserve nothing less than 5 stars. 😁

Our staff is amazing!! Wesley - our activity director is so helpful and cheerful. I've been here 7 years. Every day Wesley pops into our room with a big smile and just sets the atmosphere to peaceful and happy. Our administrator - Michael visits and truly listens to all pros & cons & then rapidly acts accordingly to each issue. Rarely do we have complaints. Our nursing staff have such caring hearts towards the patients. Kindness goes a long way for sure. I'm a bed patient, and of bariatric size which requires much as per supplies/linens. Juan Carlos was the 1st housekeeping manager when I came 7 yrs ago & after being gone for a few years, he has returned and is right on target as to following through on my special bariatric needs & working with the administration & other department heads to order and follow-up on the supplies. Our administration visits each patient regularly. Housekeeping keeps our facility clean all the time. As per food - each patient has a care plan which the doctors and dietitians work together for the individual needs. I would be happy to talk with anyone regarding further if they like. May all be blessed now & always 🙂
