When your loved one is going through hard times it is comforting to know that there is a place like AZ Mediquip - Oro Valley where the staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. We are especially grateful to Turner and Maricella for coming through for us in a pinch. Turner even delivered and assembled a hospital bed on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend so we could bring my dad home from the hospital. Had he not done that my dad would have had to go to a rehab facility rather than come home. I doubt you will find anyone who cares more about making sure people have what they need than Turner.

We could not have been more pleased with the professional and knowledgeable customer service provided by Maricella. She offered invaluable information about the products we purchased and the chair rented for after-surgery recovery. She even helped carry our purchases to our nearby car. Could not have asked for a better experience! I had an idea what I wanted/needed, and help was immediately available. They had exactly what I was searching for, showed me all the options, and helped me decide which one was best for my purposes. It’s very easy to test the different devices, and a reasonable return policy is a plus. Displays are neat and clean, and it’s easy to determine options. Being able to see what I’m looking for is great for DME. No more online shopping for me! Diane was super - immediately understood what my needs were, and was kind and efficient through the entire process. Thank you.

We had a great experience here. We were greeted when we walked in and all of our questions were answered. We made a purchase of a lift chair, loaded it up and took it with us. As we were preparing to load it, they took time to show us how to take the back off and how the cords and such should be hooked up, then helped us load the chair. They were very kind, I would recommend shopping here.
