As much as I want to love on this store they are so so so slow. Even if you place an online pick up order you’re going to be waiting 20+ mins to get your order and pay. Right now standing in line at 5:38pm on 01/15/2025 there’s a huge line (7 people) and only one budtender and you can hear co workers laughing messing around in the back room. Smh good prices for edibles and that’s it. Very slow service and they mostly don’t know what they’re talking about/doing either.

The ayr products themselves are pretty good. However, this specific location is not very good. Right as we walked into the empty store, multiple workers ran to the back, some whispering and arguing on how they didn’t want to ring us up. Customer service isn’t very kind or helpful. They only ever seem to direct us to purchase the more expensive flower rather than what will help us feel better. The menus are never up to date. Then they get passive aggressive when something on THEIR menu isn’t available. Honestly, seems like a bunch of young people there just to work around marijuana. That’s about it.

Always out of everything. They can never get it right when points are supposed to be put back on the account told me yesterday to come in. I could get what I needed today. Oh, they screwed up again. worst dispensary in Clermont. The bartenders no absolutely nothing

Amazing flower and vape carts, good customer service. Especially the one with the dreads. By far my favorite and helps a lot, please keep bringing new cart strains, tried every strain for the carts and amazing taste on some of the flavors. If you do bring more new strains for carts I’m looking forward to buy them some more 👏🏻 Great pricing as well.

Took a little drive & visited this location for the first time.. Let’s just say I’ll stick to Trulieve.. the carts and flower from AYR taste really old, the flavor is completely off and the flower had seeds inside. Complete waste of money. Learned from experience won’t be returning.
