This place did nothing but cause me more problems than I already have. They were helpful as I spoke with them on the phone. Actually gave me some hope that I would be getting some help. I told them on the phone that I am not on opiates because detox usually does not take meth addicts. They assured me that they do that I’d be able to stay and then placed in rehab however when I got there was told that wasn’t accurate but was offered to stay a couple hours. I live in Glendale and they refused to Uber me back even though they had issue sending uber to pick me up. No biases out there so I was stranded at night, no ride, money, nothing. After hours of being stuck out on the streets I started panicking and ended up having to call 911 my panic attack was so bad. They take me to the hospital who gives me a shot of something to calm me
Down and that’s the last thing I remember. I blacked out and woke up in jail being told I was arrested for trespassing. Still don’t even know what happened. Thanks Axiom. Way to take my crappy life and throw in a blender.

Y'all literally said I was there the wrong day..... Help me get better zero. The ONLY person that made any sense was the cleaning lady. No meds that were helpful dischare papers were a lie I mean idk

Not gonna lie, when I was dropped off at his Axiom I almost left. It was small, under construction and looked like a s*** hole from the outside views. And on top of that I was withdrawing from fentanyl. So I damn near walked. Against my better judgement I gave it a shot. I wanted it! You have to want it! You have to find something to feed off of other than dope!!! Or you mind as well not even go!!! Honestly, turn around now! There’s no hope unless you want it!!! Get it done! Special shout out to Leya!! She was amazing, patient and never had an attitude. He laugh is contagious and her heart is bigger than her body!! Thankyou for being you! Also Justin and Tracy! You guys were amazing and Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!!! Much love! Thankyou for everything! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone battling addiction! One day at a time! You can do it!!

But overall, I was really surprised! It sucked for the first two days.. (for obvious reasons) But once I came out my room I was finally free! I did it. You gotta weather the storm but I promise there is sunshine beyond those clouds. I’m cleaning and sober til this Day and I want to thank all the staff members for putting up with my BS

Been here twice now. Beautiful staff, clean facility. Always so caring of their patients. They take care of you. Unfortunately I have to go back a third time to get the help I need. Everyone there understands the torment you are going through and does their best to accommodate that and support you. I give it 10*** out of 5. Thank you Axiom for being there for me when I needed it the most.

This place was really nice on the phone trying anything they can to talk you into coming there. One little slip, and they gave me the boot. I lived an hour away. They had no problem sending an Uber to pick me up. But then dump me on the side of the road had to be off of their property. No ride home an hour away from home stranded.!!! The only thing worse is CBI! No, I read that before I post it and post it

I had a good experience over all. The staff was caring and helpful. The food/snacks were good and plentiful. The cigarette rations were much appreciated as well. My only complaint is my discharge was a bit hurried and I really didn’t have a solid plan in place as to where I was going. Luckily I was able to return home but honestly that wasn’t my goal. I wanted to get into a 28 day program but was told at the last minute that there was an issue of some sort with my insurance. Even though I am well aware that Axiom is not at all at fault for the issue. I would have liked a few more hours at the very least to attempt to rectify the problem so I could avoid any possible temptation of relapse due to returning home into a shaky situation. I would like to give a Shout out to one employee in particular….Pettina really made my stay as enjoyable as possible all things considering. With a mixture of genuine compassion and much needed humor I found her to be a wonderful human (who makes amazing muffins) Thanks Pettina!

Great facility and staff!!! Although I took the unorthodox approach which is set up for failure 99.9% of the time, I chose to AMA at my own risk. Staff was super encouraging not to do so I just had plans set in motion that I felt at the time could not be passed on involving work. Needless to say I made a choice and got lucky it worked with alot of prayer and self discipline. From every level of employee they offered excellent care, honesty, experience and overall care. It’s a bummer when you leave that way and feel you let some down so I suppose this is my way of apologizing and a chance to give praise where due. Thanks so much Axiom, you guys totally proved that there are still facilities that push compassion! I am extremely grateful❤️🙏🤙😎💪💯
