AWA is a God send! My daughter was going through pure turmoil. She went to many different programs, but this one was the only one that actually made her put in the work and work on herself and her issues. The staff is beyond caring and compassionate. From the moment I met with the intake team I realized how dedicated the staff is. The therapists are beyond knowledgeable and professional, while at the same time empathetic. If your child is struggling, this is THE place to go!

I cannot express how much this program has changed our child’s life and has helped us as a family. Anny and Frank were amazing from first contact and guided us through the entire process. They sincerely care about your child & their mental health. In a world full of suspect mental health help they are the real deal and not money hungry! The therapist & counselors Ben and Mike were phenomenal and absolutely professional. Ben was my child’s therapist and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable, he made us feel completely comfortable & communicated to us throughout the whole process. It is literally a one stop shop for your child and for your family. They have parent group once a week for the parents led by Mike and it is a safe space for parents to share and get support. Mike kept it real and was the best facilitator I’ve experienced. They also do one on one family therapy sessions. The parent group & family sessions helped to involve the parents in the process, which is key to success. Again I could shout to the sky about this place. Our child has a smile so bright and optimistic outlook that we have not seen In a LONG time. Everyone is noticing the difference in her. Lastly, the reception staff are the sweet & welcoming. 10000% recommend! Thank you all sincerely from our family to yours.

I’m not sure where to begin. There’s is so many positive things to write about, I will just start with this

We were so happy to find out about Adolescent Wellness from a friend that was going to church.

Once we met the advisers and therapist, we just put our faith in to the program and so happy with the turn out for our son.

I will start with Anny. She was the very first person I talk to
She was very straight forward guiding me through what I need to do to get my son into the right care at their facility. When you are in need she picks her phone up ANYTIME of the day!

Then we met Mike ( therapist for the adults, parents and kids ) through the parent therapy classes, one night a week, we all met. It was wonderful, He was caring loving and FUNNY and straight to the point! One thing you will find is more parents going through the same thing you’re going through. And you will find after all the tears, there is joy & laughter as well. ( we all got along like family and we had a motto in our class we would say “JUST ASK MIKE “ it was our inside joke, but it very powerful to us.
Laughter can heal you. ( we love you Mike)

We also had a wonderful one on one therapist name BEN who guided my son. my son now knows how to make better choices and has become a better version of himself. Thank you Ben for listening!

We felt like family there. The whole staff is there to help & guide. If you need to make some serious changes within your family or yourself, give them a chance

AWA has been an incredible place for my family. We found them at a time that we didn't know what to do to help our son and they treated us like family from the moment we spoke to Anny on the phone. My son got the help he needed but so did we thanks to Mike and the incredible weekly parent group. Truly Godsent and we feel blessed to have formed part of this supportive community of incredible professionals and amazing kids and parents! Big thanks to Kamaria his therapist for being so supportive and to Mike for being such an incredible positive influence for our son. Kicked me out for no reason other than “they don’t work with suicidal people” How can someone treat their issues if they can’t talk about them? Also demanded I drop my psychologist to be a part of their program and we’re insanely rude to her when she called to see what happened.
