I had a great experience from the time I walked through the front door. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The check-in process was easy, short wait time in the lobby and in the exam room. The PA was very thorough. Took time to address all my concerns and questions. I was given very clear instructions on how to treat my symptoms. By the time I arrived to my pharmacy, they had already received my RX and were filling it. Overall I had an exceptional experience! I definitely will be using Avecina for my urgent care needs.

My family was traveling through to go to south Florida, when my daughter became sick. This place took excellent care of us. Very patient, caring and attentive. The place was clean. The staff was kind. I had 21 questions and they were all answered with a smile. The price was unmatched. I just couldn't find a bad thing to say about this place! No one wants to need an urgent care center while on vacation, but if the need arises, I highly recommend Avecina Medical in Ocala. There was no wait, they took me a few minutes before my appointment and everyone was wonderful. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and caring staff!!

They’re awesome, wait was like 5 min or so, and staff was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Love the place is clean well organized. Not crowded. I totally recommend. It was my first time here, and it was a very pleasant experience.

The best urgent care experience I have ever had. Avecina Medical was so clean and the employee at the front was so kind and helpful when I filled out the paperwork. She was genuinely happy with her job! The Medical Assistant was thorough and kind and even asked for my meds list! When the Nurse practitioner came in, she was already informed and took her time with me. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall just an excellent experience and I will be referring my friends and patients here (I work at a dental office). Thank you Avecina!

Right when I walked in I was greeted by the nice receptionist. They helped me do what I needed and got me on very quickly. They are very knowledgeable, super kind , and helpful. Much appreciated when you don't feel well.
