Much like others here these guys are terrible providers. We were getting formula through our primary insurance but my son qualified for secondary insurance through the state. For whatever reason they still have not provided they cut us off and will no longer send his formula. Absolutely ridiculous that they will cut someone off for having a secondary insurance they don't accept. Just keep billing the primary. Absolute trash off a business to deal with that will waste you're time...

Was utilizing this company for formula for my niece. Month after month I tell them to stop sending medical supplies, only formula. But guess what arrives?! I finally told them to stop sending anything at all because it was late or they needed info to fulfill order. They stopped sending it for 2 months now, but I'm still getting emails and texts to update info to get supplies delivered. I've talked to so many staff on the phone, and they don't communicate with each other or input into their data system. But I'm sure they are still billing AHCCCS. There is no need to respond to this review.

If i could give zero star I would. We have been paying cash to them monthly for formula for our son for two years because "insurance wouldn't cover it." Well we found out insurance has been covering it this entire time and has paid them while they accepted our cash payments. Avoid this company at all costs, they don't know what they are doing and looking at the reviews spanning over the last few years they clearly don't care to hire people who are knowledgeable enough to run a company like this. I hope PCH reads this and chooses to be affiliated with a different company since this one is so poorly run. This should be illegal to run such an important company so poorly. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve never been treated so atrociously by a healthcare company. Bree in financials was extremely rude. They’ve violated my son’s Hippa rights by sharing his personal information with another company without our consent.

I would rate higher. But this month with my formula they sent me all chocolate. I never requested that because chocolate makes me very sick. I need a replacement for plain or preferably vanilla. If there's a way please help me fix this. This is my food it might be a mistake but with reading the reviews I haven't read one positive thing. God bless and have a great day. Thank you in advance.

I've been beyond patient with this medical supply company but this is the last straw. After waiting now for 4 months on my son's order AND receiving a package in the mail requesting his feeding pump back..... after several months ago I called them and asked to send it back and they said that it is ours to keep... It's been donated and is long gone but NOW they want to change it and ask for it back. This company is painfully mismanaged. There's been times I explicitly said my child refuses to drink chocolate or vanilla formula and only drinks strawberry- only to get all chocolate or all vanilla. They called one month saying an order had an error in it from the pediatrician and would need to be fixed and that they would call.... Just for a month to go by with nothing and then they call me the next month just to tell me again there's an error and have to call the doctor. Utterly disastrous. I hate to complain about medicine and healthcare involved places but be warned about this place. Even the most
patient family loses it after a while of dealing with this.

A CSR hung up on me today because I told her not to ship a Pedia sure flavor (vanilla) that I didn't ask for. I ASKED AGAIN FOR A MANAGER since she stated the last person who sent my order out last month lied about notating I wanted a different flavor because my child didn't like it. She said I can tell you what MY MANAGER WILL SAY.

I explained I would rather speak with a manager, and that's when the call disconnected. I wanted to talk about a flavor available for August 2023. The CSR stated they've NEVER sold butterscotch before. I'm still determining who lies but I will search for better service.

This company has really added to the stress of having a child with medical issues. From the very start it’s been one issue after another after another. Including their billing department, hospital rep, and account services. Their communication with me has been horrendous and apparently within their company as well.

Just recently I spoke to 4 individuals regarding my son’s supply order.
I called in the first time (Monday 10/29) prompted by an email I received requesting me to confirm supplies needed. I asked to make changes to a particular item as well as verify insurance coverage of another item. We made the changes and I was told the other item was still being worked on, she stated the order would be received Friday 11/2. Second person (Socorro) called me (on Friday 11/2) to confirm supplies needed, I told her I did it on Monday, she stated there were no notes regarding my call, I was upset because I was expecting the order to be delivered on this day and I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was patient and kind and said she understood my frustration and transferred me to Sandra the supervisor. I explained my issue and gave her exact date and time of my original call and she said she could track down who received the call with that info and my phone number. She said she would give me a call back, I asked if she could call me back before end of business and she said she would, concerned because I needed my son’s order. Two hours later I received a call from Veronica, calling to confirm the supplies needed, (comical at this point right) I asked if her manger Sandra had her call me and she said no, I told her my whole dilemma, that I was waiting for Sandra to return my call, Veronica said she could check on my concerns, changed the items I needed changed but wasn’t clear on the item in limbo with insurance, and then did confirm it was not covered, so we did not include it in order. Order is to be received Monday 11/5. Monday arrives, Veronica calls me in the morning to let me know that the insurance will cover the item and she will be sending out the items to arrive tomorrow, Tuesday 11/6. I asked her to confirm that his other supplies would still arrive today, she confirmed that they would arrive today, Monday 11/5. Low and behold, order never came Monday... Tuesday, 11/6: 10:40 am called in and spoke to Michael, I asked to speak to a supervisor other than Sandra and he stated that she is the only supervisor for AZ, I informed him that she never called me back the first time.He asked what was going on so I gave him the quick synopsis, he offered to check on the order and confirmed that it is on a truck for delivery today. Tues 12:50 pm Sandra the supervisor called and said she apologized for not calling her system has been down.... I couldn’t talk at the moment because I was at the doctors with my son, but at this point I’m pretty sure I’ve proven how crappy this experience has been. Get it together Epic.
