Couldn’t get into my general practitioner so decided to go to Avalon Urgent Care. I had a very good experience. The staff were pleasant, Dr. Evans was no nonsense and took care of what I needed for my ear infection. The wait was long but expected as it is an urgent care and not a primary doctor appointment. Jessica, up front, super helpful, professional and very personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if necessary.

I have fairly quick in and out visits here. The front receptionist Brandy is super friendly and upbeat. You can tell she enjoys her job and does it well and is very professional. I like that she engages in small conversations, it makes me feel very comfortable here. Thank you, keep up the great work

My 8 year old absolutely loves Dr. Webb! She’s so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We have been seeing her for a couple of years now, and every visit has been a great experience. She listens to all my concerns and explains things so well. Highly recommend Avalon to any parent looking for a wonderful care

Do not go to this facility.
The Dr (Evan’s) on call was so overwhelmed and overworked that he was unable to even address us. He never told us a diagnosis or talked to us at all. My friend had slipped on a hiking trail and needed xray, six days later and still nothing. I severely cut my knuckles open right after this. I decided urgent care was necessary but decided my dog could do a better job of bc providing urgent care

We ALL need to start expressing our support and gratitude because if we keep complaining, and being negative, they could leave us. Then what would we do? Where would we go? There is a doctor shortage. We are so blessed to have them🙌 Thank you so much to everyone at Avalon Urgent Care ❤️ Imagine if there was no Avalon Urgent Care. Omg! We all should be SO thankful for Avalon Urgent care. Look at the long lines they always have. They help us so much..end do much suffering. I absolutely love Avalon Urgent care!

Brandy is always friendly and professional she has been a big help to me. This urgent care has helped me when I needed things done. And what businesses don't have lines? The hospital is a bigger wait time then this place. Instead of trying to tear down this place, just remember this affects the community knowing we live in a place that doesn't have many resources. Let come together and stop the negativity

Receptionist Mandy speaks very loudly of other people’s personal business. I was waiting in the lobby for a tb test and i hear her talking about girl there who has a uti. When it was time for me to make a payment she starts asking me personal questions stating she knows me. Don’t let this lady find out any information about you because she will tell the world. Only reason why I give 3 stars is for the nurse unique I believe her name was or something special, Very polite and soft spoken. I explained her what I experienced up front and she was very apologetic and made up for the experience.

Side note if you are single, I came in with the sleeve tats, hopefully you remember me and find me on Facebook.

Was here for about 3 hours, staff was very nice but my paperwork was lost and I had to refill it out, plus I went back and forth to the waiting room/ patient room about 4-6 times, which is not a problem for me but might be to someone else. They were training staff so I understand there might have been honest mistakes and miscommunication, but still very friendly to patients despite the chaos going on behind the scenes.
