I've been a patient here for 20 years and never had a bad experience...until today. It wasn't the PA or the nurse. It was with the person at the check out desk. Extremely condescending, bad attitude. When I told her I was switching to Dr. Heinkel as Dr Rose has left, she said you should have told me before I made the next appointment and huffed as she reentered the info. When I asked if she could change my contact info, she asked why I didn't have the check-in folks do it and made it out to be a big inconvenience. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but you don't take it out on your customers or patients.

Was excited that I got my appointment for the next day. Especially considering it was Thanksgiving week. I already knew not to expect a call back for my lab results until the next week . That week went by and 8 other weeks and 2 voicemails later, I knew I had to go get the results myself. I Still have not received a call back lead along treatment. Reception is great . But Heinkle and his staff I would not recommend. 0.5/10 Moving on ..

UPDATE: 5/7/24 - They responded to my review 8 months after it was posted. That is just about what you can expect if you are unfortunate enough to have to go her for services.

I had a terrible experience here. The check-in procedure was confusing and the staff was not helpful or considerate. They also lost my initial paperwork and then gave me a packet of information to fill out, which was impossible to read. It would have been much more convenient if they had accessed the information I had submitted online prior to my appointment.

Had my first appointment here (new pt. exam) with Dr. Lindsey and I was blown away by how quick, thorough and efficient this place is. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and we're extremely talented at what they do (at least from my perspective). My previous primary care practice seems like a joke in comparison. Dr. Lindsey was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new Doctor.

Don't ever go here. I pay before a visit, I pay after my visits and somehow I still have an outstanding balance
And don't expect to be seen on time but you better be here 15 minutes early

Went to dr Parker for a year and had great care but the nurse practitioners he has are garbage I had a virtual visit with Kelly Britnell and she seemed that I was a bother to her and was very rude after that I canceled my next appointment and will not be back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very clean, really friendly, and they don't keep you waiting long at all. They take their time and answer all your questions. Dr Lindsey is so sweet and reassuring. This will definitely be a doctor I'm coming back to see for awhile!!!!

Do not come here to see Dr. Laura Lindsey. After moving offices, her office sent me to voice mail for two weeks. I was trying to make an appointment, because I was running low on my antidepressants. She refused to give me an emergency prescription for just the seven days until my newly scheduled appointment. Insisting that I needed to be seen before I received my prescription I’ve been on for a year. I’ve had to sacrifice my mental health, and ration my medicine. I have major depressive disorder and generalized panic disorder. I am so upset with the employees of Avalon Medical Group. They put my well being at risk. I will never be coming back and I will advocate against the use of the other doctors, as I can only assume they’ll treat you the same way.
