I started coming to Avalanche after my Cryo facility closed down and I cannot say enough good things about this lab & the offerings. It’s located inside an incredible MMA gym and they offer a variety of different recovery services. I originally came for Cryotherapy but was informed about the other machines & I tried those out too. I’ve suffered 4 knee surgeries and take recovery very seriously and I can personally say I’ve noticed big improvements in my health while coming here. Daman, Jackie and all the other team members are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to into recovery.

Avalanche Recovery Center - they've been absolute lifesavers for me and my son. I was initially skeptical, but after trying their therapies, I am a believer. The stem wave therapy worked wonders for my son's range of motion and pain reduction in just one session! His recovery time was nothing short of amazing. Plus, it fixed my plantar fasciitis after only 4 sessions. And their targeted cryotherapy and body balancing treatments were spot on for my injuries and issues. What really sets them apart is their qualified, friendly team, especially Napoleon. His professionalism, knowledge, and humor made every visit if not a treat, close to it. He really listens and tailors the therapies to your needs without overselling. Highly recommend checking them out if you are dealing with any issues!
